The Second Coming of the King

Book of Matthew Chapter 24

The most anticipated day in all of Christianity is the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We know the Lord will return in two stages.

1) The Lord will return first to get His Church out of this world before the Tribulation years, the time of Jacob’s Trouble.

1Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1Th 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

He will meet His Church in the clouds!

Jer 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.
Jer 30:8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
Jer 30:9 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
Jer 30:10 Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.
Jer 30:11 For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.

The Tribulation years are a time of Jacob’s Trouble not a time of trouble for the Church.

All the persecution of the church will take place during the Church Age, the Age we are now in.

2) The Lord will return to end the time of Jacob’s Trouble by claiming the throne of David where He will rule this world for 1000 years.

Rev 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
Rev 20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Rev 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

The Lord Jesus is still coming, and it may not be very much longer!

Many things will take place in this time period of when the Lord Jesus ascended back to Heaven and when He will return!

The Book of Matthew teaches us many of these things by the Lord Himself.

*Mat 24:1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

This Second Temple was a marvelous structure that King Herod had been restoring for more than 40 years.

*Mat 24:2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

There should be no doubt in anyone’s mind that this prophecy was fulfilled just as the Lord Jesus had said.

Josephus a Jewish historian testified of this destruction by Titus in 70 AD.

Josephus wrote that passersby would have supposed that the place of the Temple had never been inhabited if they did not know the truth.

Titus, the Roman general, ordered the very foundations of it to be dug up; after which the ground on which it stood was ploughed up by Turnus Rufus and planted.

As beautiful as this Temple was, it was the actions of the priests that changed the function of God’s House.

It is not the outward appearance of any Church that makes it truly acceptable, it is what is happening within.

The disciples were aroused to ask questions:

1) When would this Temple be destroyed.
2) When would the Lord return.

What should we then believe? We should expect a literal fulfillment of these words of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We must also understand that Our Lord Jesus is preparing these disciples for His departure!

*Mat 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

Just how will the Lord answer these questions, let us listen to what our Savior says.

The very first thing we see is that there will be great deceptions told to God’s people.

The very first sign would be the rise of false prophets!

If we cannot see the truth of this statement, then we are totally blind!

We should also see what is described as the ending of an Age.

We know the Church Age is coming to an end and another sign is that falling away.

2Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

There is a great falling away from the Church because of all the false prophets in the pulpits and in the secular world.

*Mat 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Most all the world is aware that the Lord Jesus has said He would return, and He will.

Many do not understand that Our Savior and Redeemer will return in two stages.

These 12 men with the Lord understood that all these things might happen all at one time, and this is not what the Lord Jesus was teaching them.

Many today think these things have already taken place and this also is not what our Lord Jesus was teaching.

The Church has been around long enough for most all the world to know that by the teaching of the true Church, the only way to Heaven is through and by the Lord Jesus Christ.

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Joh 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

All those people and all those nations know that the Bible says they are doomed to Hell whether they believe it or not.

Psa 9:7 But the LORD shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.
Psa 9:8 And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.

Much of the Church is hated for these reasons.

Most all politicians use these things for their own glory, some the righteousness, and most against what we know is the truth.

In reality lies and liars dominate the language of this world today!

Another reality is that we should be very careful when we are quoting the prophecies of the end times.

The Lord says take heed less we are deceived.

*Mat 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

There will be false Christs and there will be false prophets.

We see and we have seen both of these, and we will continue to do so.

These represent not only those who say they are the Christ, but also those who claim to be Christians and are not.

If this was not true then, our Lord Jesus would not have said these words and He has said them before He said all these other things.

The Lord said there would be many, not just a few.

2Co 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
2Co 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
2Co 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

These false Christ have existed since the beginning of the Church and are multiplying today.

1Jn 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Yet, there are many more signs.

*Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

The Lord said for sure there would be many wars and many more rumors of wars. These things must come to pass.

Saying these things meant these things would happen over a long period of time, but the end of which these disciples asked is not yet.

The thing we must remember the most is, that the fulfillment of the Scriptures requires a long time for its completion.

We need only look at the time that has already past yet, many prophecies have reached their fulfillment and many more will do so in the time that remains.

If the Lord returned for His Church today, we know there would be more than a thousand years that would remain for complete Biblical fulfillment.

The Lord Jesus could actually return for His Church today! There is nothing yet to be fulfilled before the “Rapture of the Church”.

Most all remaining prophecies concern the promises made to the Children of Israel.

The only thing lacking to be fulfilled is the patience of the Lord!

2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

We must never assume that all these things have all already taken place.

I believe if we look at all the things happening in our world today, it would be obvious that time is running out in the Church Age.

Rom 8:22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
Rom 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
Rom 8:24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
Rom 8:25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Nations will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom.

*Mat 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

Today our nation is more divided than it has ever been, and it is intentional by factions in our own government.

It is the same in other nations who have given in to the status quo and political correctness.

Today famines are not mentioned enough though they still exist because of so-called extreme weather, the heavy rains that trouble nations who have built too close to waterways for centuries, crying because they have something else to blame the flooding on.

Nations, cities, states, and homeowners and resort areas have always built too close to our waterways and the Lord says there will be flooding but not like the world wide flood in the days of Noah.

Jer 47:2 Thus saith the LORD; Behold, waters rise up out of the north, and shall be an overflowing flood, and shall overflow the land, and all that is therein; the city, and them that dwell therein: then the men shall cry, and all the inhabitants of the land shall howl.

Amo 8:8 Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.

Nah 1:7 The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
Nah 1:8 But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.

Maybe flooding has increased in some places.
Maybe famines have increased in some places.
Maybe earthquakes have increased and in places where they should not be happening.
Maybe buildings are collapsing for no reason.
Maybe pestilences (plagues) are increasing around the world as we have seen with Covid-19.

Oh, guess what, this is just what the Lord has said, and if you investigate, you will see the decisions that governments make every day are at fault and they had rather destroy history rather than preserve history and learn from their mistakes.

All these things that the world is so concerned about are only the beginning of the sorrows that are still in the future!

*Mat 24:8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

We should clearly understand that none of these things had anything to do with the destruction of the Temple and Jerusalem by Titus in 70AD.

The Jews brought that on themselves.

Mat 27:23 And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.
Mat 27:24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
Mat 27:25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.

When the Lord is rejected, He will leave and take His hand of protection with Him!

These are not things that the Church will see except for that statement of the Lord made right here.

The Church will see the beginning of sorrows as we see them today!

It only gets worse!

2Ti 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

All these things we can see happening in our world today and at my age I have seen these things get worse.

This is why history is being erased.

Oh, did I say persecution was going to increase.

*Mat 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

What is persecution? Persecution is when Christians are forbidden to seek the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, by the use of force!

This is the main job the Lord Jesus gave us to do!

Mat 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

The other job of the Body of Christ is to make disciples who are obedient to the Lord Jesus Christ, and they then go forth with the “Gospel”.

In America, it is hard to say we are persecuted when we see the persecution of the Body of Christ in many nations, but we can state in fact the even in America persecution has increased dramatically.

It really does not make sense as Christians are some of the best citizens of every nation by that same Word of God.

The one thing all Christians are to stand against is sin and that sin is based on that same Word of God.

So by this, we know that all governments in this world promote sin and refuse to stop promoting sin.

Who can figure that one out!

Most all sinners, all those without the love of Christ, promote murder, promote theft, promote immorality, and promote the defiance of authority.

Most all nations survive by taxes and Christians pay their taxes as demanded yet, all these involved in sin for the most part refuse to pay their taxes and become a burden upon those governments.

Most all Christians respect the authority of the government, yet most all sinners reject the authority of the government.

Yet, it is the Christian that is persecuted, and the sinner is praised by the government where no amount of sin is considered to be punishable.

The sinner who has not given their life to Christ and been Born Again by the “Grace” of God, remains a sinner who is sold out to the Devil!

These are also the Words of Jesus Christ:

Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
Joh 8:45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

Those who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ are persecuted, just because they agree with the Lord Jesus Christ!

Mat 10:22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

This world opposes believers!

Gal 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
Gal 5:20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Gal 5:21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Gal 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Gal 5:24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

The world opposes the message of a Holy God, and will deliver up His disciples to be afflicted and many of them will just be murdered to keep them silent.

The world has become the greatest murderer that think they go unpunished, but this same Holy God says this is not true because the world will be held accountable!

So what is the greatest cause of death in our world? The governments of this world!

Hatred has finally found its true place in the world we live in now, and this is a sign that the end is very near!

*Mat 24:10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

We can ask ourselves just what is apostasy?

Apostasy is the forsaking and the renouncing of the things you say you believe.

How did the Lord Jesus put it?

Mat 13:20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
Mat 13:21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

We have seen far too many so-called Christians, duck and run when they find out they have to take a stand on the Word of God to be a true Christian!

Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Though every generation has some apostacy now, near the end, we have seen a great falling away from the truth of God!

1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

What is another great sign we are in the last days?

2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2Ti 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2Ti 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
2Ti 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Ti 3:6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

The truth of God cannot be denied!

The false prophets have come out of the closet, and they speak boldly because they are allowed to!

*Mat 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
Mat 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

What do we see?

We see false leaders offering false hope!

There is no hope for this world!

The Lord has already determined to destroy this world in the end, but He will first save it from those who are determined to destroy this world themselves.

This is true because this to is written in what we Christians call the Bible.

Every false prophet will have his or her own message about how to save the world.

There have always been some false prophets, but now they have taken over the pulpits of many denominations and some of all denominations, and the world has jumped inside the Church and the Church is sinking to new lows abandoning the truth of God.

This my friends is another sign of the end times that we are facing!

We should never say the end times for God’s people for this wrong, but the end times for the world as it now exist is what we are seeing.

1Ti 6:3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
1Ti 6:4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
1Ti 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

We must understand that only the genuine believer knows how to pray and talk with God!

By this, we will get the help we need to live through these difficult circumstances that we are facing, and we will be facing until the Lord Jesus completes our “Redemption”!

We are redeemed, the Lord just has not taken us home yet!

Until we leave this world we will see and are seeing hatred dominate in this world!

Love has grown cold by the actions of sin that has no feelings.

Sin is a destructive flame that burns until all it all has been consumed!

The Christian on the other hand is to fan the flames of truth and be brighter, in fact hotter.

Again a sign of the end times.

Rev 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
Rev 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
Rev 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

We cannot be lukewarm and say we love the Lord Jesus!

*Mat 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Maybe what we lack the most as Christians today is, endurance!

It may not can be said in many places on this earth, but in America we Christians have not been tested.

This may be why there is such a falling away from the Church.

This Covid-19 has closed the doors of many places of worship.

We have allowed the government to step in and violate our own constitution and the Democratic Party would do away with our Constitution if they get the opportunity.

Our freedoms are being eroded!

Our nation is headed toward Socialism or better said Communism like a freight train running out of track.

We had better learn to endure these things and remain steadfast with the Lord Jesus!

With today’s technology there remains very few places that have not been reached with the “Gospel”.

Those very few places that civilization has not touched, will be touched and they too will suffer the destruction of sin, but maybe they first can be reached with the truth of God, but if not, they will still have no excuse because we need only look around and we can know that only a wise Creator could have made all the things in this Cosmos.

Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Rom 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Its far better to know the Lord Jesus Christ that it is reject Him!

The greatest of all sin is to be ignorant of the Lord Jesus Christ, and it is He who will return first to take His Church home and then eradicate sin from this world by extreme force!

The Victory of the Lamb

Book of Revelation Chapter 17

We should understand that Jesus is coming back to this earth for three reasons.

1) To get His church and take her home as His bride.

2) To rid this earth of wickedness and sin.

3) He is returning to reclaim this earth and rule for 1000 years from Jerusalem and again Jerusalem will be the center of all His creation.

Eze 5:5 Thus saith the Lord GOD; This is Jerusalem: I have set it in the midst of the nations and countries that are round about her.

Jerusalem has been the place the Lord has designed to be a godly influence on all nations and has been a failure to do so until King Jesus sits on His throne in that city.

One man wrote: “Jerusalem was set in the midst of the nations, to be as the heart in the body, to invigorate the dead world with a divine life, as well as to enlighten the dark world with a divine light”.

Jesus Christ is not coming back riding a donkey this time but a white Heavenly Stallion.

Jesus Christ is coming back to bring righteousness to this earth, and we(the Bride, the Church) will be coming back with Him!

Jesus is coming back to fulfill the promise He made to Abraham.

Jesus is coming back to fulfill the promise He made to King David.

First, upon returning Jesus will destroy false religion forever.

It is false religion that has caused most all the problems in our world since the time of Nimrod and the city of Babel!

*Rev 17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
Rev 17:2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
Rev 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

False religion has caused more harm to this world than any other thing including all wars, all diseases, all plagues and all other things.

False religion had its beginning in Babel by Nimrod, and it has flourished ever since.

Gen 10:8 And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
Gen 10:9 He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.
Gen 10:10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

We know that the “Church” is the “Bride of Christ”!

Well the Antichrist has his own bride and it is the false church.

The Bride of Christ.

Eph 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
Eph 5:24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Eph 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
Eph 5:29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
Eph 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
Eph 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
Eph 5:32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
Eph 5:33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

We are now reading about the bride of the Antichrist, this woman who sits upon this Beast who we know by this description.

We know that Satan is a master counterfeiter. Everything that the Lord proclaims to be good, Satan has a duplicate that is wicked and evil!

God has His Holy Trinity, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Satan has his false trinity. The Dragon who is the murderer Satan, the Beast (Antichrist) and the false Prophet.

Jehovah calls and ordains His preachers and pastors and other men.

Satan does the same.

2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

2Co 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
2Co 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
2Co 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

All these years Satan has had his false church and they are gaining in strength!

Satan not only has his false church, but he sends out many of his followers to infiltrate the true church and many churches have lost their way and have forgotten our Savior.

In a previous lesson, we saw how Israel had brought forth a Son to be the Messiah and Satan immediately tried to murder that Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

The church is built upon that Rock. That Rock is the Lord Jesus Christ and His loving bride is the Church that stands upon the Rock of Jesus Christ.

Here we see the false church built upon that evil, vile, Devil.

*Rev 17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
Rev 17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

This woman is described as a “whore” because of her “Spiritual Adultery”. She is a “prostitute” of evil and wickedness!

She is a harlot and the mother of all harlots, this to referring to “Spiritual Harlotry”.

All those who deal with her, have to sell out their purity to serve the Devil!

Many without even realizing they work for the Devil!

What does God say to the Church?

Isa 42:6 I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;
Isa 42:7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.
Isa 42:8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

We already see that most of the entire world is given over to the false church.

This false church is given over to the Beast!

We know her by the seven heads and the ten horns and how she is arrayed.

You know all those churches that spend all their money on buildings and neglect the mission of the church, are already caught up in this work of false religion!

The Church does not need great ornate buildings!
The Church needs a people who are dedicated to the mission of the Church given by the Lord Jesus Christ

The truth of the church is, we cannot allow the world to get inside the church.

Jas 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
Jas 4:5 Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?
Jas 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
Jas 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

We already know that by this time, the True Church will be in Heaven.

The “rapture” of the Church will be explained away by some means, so that it is not a good thing and people will be driven to the false church by the actions of the Antichrist, when both he and the false prophet are energized by Satan.

We can just imagine this false church sitting upon riches galore while the remainder of the world sits in poverty.

We already know that money is the root of “all” evil!

Feeding lines will be enormous but the doctrine of the false church will be all lies!

Just as it is today.

During the time of Nimrod, he had all the world convinced that they did not have to obey Jehovah God.

It is believed by many that he was building the Tower of Babel to be high enough to withstand another flood.

Many foolish people think they can defy God! Many others say there is no God to defy!

This is the same message of the false church today!

The mystery spoken of here is the mystery of iniquity.

2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

It is only those who are lost that are caught up in this mystery!

The Church is aware of the source of sin! (Satan)

Those who are lost will be even more energized once the Church is removed and the Antichrist steps out onto the scene.

He will not make his ways known until the church is gone because the true church will know him and who he is!

Again “Babylon the Great” means the false religion began by Nimrod who was influenced by Satan. She is this false church.

That word Babylon means confusion and Satan instills confusion upon all his followers.

Satan intends to cause confusion and destruction throughout this world!

I think back and I am so glad I am no longer confused about my Creator and my Savior.

Today the National Council of Churches, the World Council of Churches and the Federal Council of Churches, are still trying to build a new Tower of Babel.

What are the goals of the NCC?

  • Ultimately, “a world government of delegated powers.” (One World Government)
  • Complete abandonment of United States. Total Isolationism. (A New World Order)
  • Strong immediate limitations on national sovereignty.
  • International control of all armies and navies.
  • “A universal system of money, so planned as to prevent inflation and deflation.” (Cashless society)
  • Worldwide freedom of immigration.
  • Progressive elimination of all tariff and quota restrictions on world trade.
  • “Autonomy for all subject and colonial peoples” (with much better treatment for Afro-Americans in the US.).
  • “No punitive reparations, no humiliating decrees of war guilt, no arbitrary dismemberment of nations.” (No police force)
  • A “democratically controlled” international bank “to make development capital available in all parts of the world without the predatory and imperialistic after-math so characteristic of large-scale private and governmental loans.”

These goals are reworded but essentially have remained the same since its beginning in 1908.

Nowhere do you read about spreading the “Gospel”!

These are enemies of God’s Church.

It is about man-made religion.
It is about false unity.
It has an earthly city in its center.
It has some man as an earthly representative. (We know this one man is the Antichrist)

She is the Mother of Harlots. In other words there will be one denomination at the forefront of the world church.

Many believe this to be the Roman Catholic Church.

This does not mean the true believers in the Roman Catholic Church but the Doctrine of the Church in general.

There could also be some other group who is this Mother of Harlots.

We should keep in mind that all denominations, but one, had there beginning in the Roman Catholic Church beginning with the Protestants at the time of Luther.

Today Rome looks at the Protestants as brothers and no longer heretics.

There is a great movement to bring all those denominations back under one roof so in this sense back to the Mother Church.

Everyone has feelings about all these things but the true Church, the Christians will all be in Heaven before the Tribulation and all these churches will continue on doing what they do which is not promoting the ”Gospel” of Jesus Christ.

It is this false church that has murdered the Saints and the Prophets of God throughout its beginning.

More Saints have died by the actions of the false church than in any other way!

*Rev 17:6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

A look from the outside at the beautiful buildings and the ornate tapestries, and the regal services and great rituals, would seem to be something to be admired, but on the inside a wickedness that surpasses even the Antichrist.

It is the false church that will assist the Antichrist in causing the holocaust and the slaughter of all those who reject the sign of the Beast, and do their best to wipe out the Jews who will at this time reject the false church.

*Rev 17:7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
Rev 17:8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

What is the mystery of this woman?

We see it today!

If you walk the streets of America about 7 out of 10 will claim to know God and claim to be Christians.

To be Christian now has nothing to do with Jesus Christ.

Most of these people do not even know the “Doctrine of Salvation”!

The mystery is, that these same people will put leaders, and governments, and laws, and doctrines, and rituals in place, that do not honor God but actually go against God in every way.

They reject the authority of the Word of God!

They are hypocrites and counterfeits who hold to a false religion, and it is these that have allowed our nation to get in such bad shape as it is today, and they encourage even more rebellion against the Lord.

How can anyone who claims to be saved by Jesus Christ then go against everything He has taught us?

This is why John marveled at what he saw.

We should all take a step back and look at our church, to see if we are even coming close to serving the Lord the way He commanded us.

People think the Bible is a book of guidelines but in fact the Bible is a Book of Commandments!

Every time we put someone in place that does not honor the truth of the “Gospel”, we jeopardize our children and grandchildren, those who follow after we are gone home to be with the Lord.

We have not left a good legacy for our children and grandchildren!

John marveled that the church no longer existed to serve the Lord, but they served a counterfeit wholeheartedly.

What did Jesus teach?

Joh 5:43 I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
Joh 5:44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?

This describes our world today and it is only going to get worse!

This Beast is the Antichrist.

Verse 8 speaks of a resurrection or at least what will seem to be a resurrection.

This false religion will be resurrected from the bottomless pit.

This again points us back to Babel in the time of Nimrod.

The Greek Word used for “Bottomless Pit” is Abyss, which means without bottom.

In reality because of the rotation of the earth, someone could fall into the center of the earth and never reach the other side. A bottomless pit!

The word “perdition” comes from the Greek word “Apolia” which means a place where the death of the soul occurs as described in this Scripture from the Book of Hebrews.

Heb 10:39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; “but of them that believe to the saving of the soul”.

As Christians, our faith leads to the saving of the soul.

As non-believers, they are those who draw back into the destruction of the soul.

All those who have followed the Antichrist will wonder about their own destination when they see the Antichrist, the Beast tossed into the “Burning Lake of Fire” the place of death to the soul, created specifically for Satan and his angels!

*Rev 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
Rev 17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

There may be more than one interpretation for this text.

Literally speaking, Rome is known as the city of seven hills. The Vatican sits on one side of the Tiber River, facing those seven hills.

In ancient times, hills were sacred high places, used to worship and offer sacrifices to deities.

The systems of worship were based on salvation by works, and also included a counterfeit savior or Messiah and mediators of both sexes.

The gods that were worshipped in these places were manifestations of the sun god who was androgenic in that he/she could manifest himself/herself in the male or the female form.

One further reason why the end-time religious confederacy, under the leadership of the Papacy, is called “Babylon”, is that the Babylonian system of worship has been passed down through history.

Its rituals and doctrines are present in Catholicism, as well as religions such as Buddhism, Hinduism, earth religions, and even Islam.

So we see that spiritual Babylon is actually Rome. We have the false religious systems of Babylon joined with the revised Roman Empire!

The five great empires were probably Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia, and Greece.

The Roman Empire existed in the time of John and it has ceased to exist but will be revived in the later days.

The Roman Empire was never defeated!

The one that is not yet come is the eighth empire of the Antichrist which will last only 7 years, or actually only 3 and a half years.

What is the truth? Here is the mind that hath wisdom – Only those who are wise will understand this. The seven heads are seven hills.

*Rev 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
Rev 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

The Antichrist is the leader of the eighth empire, but he will come from one of these seven empires. Many say he will come from Rome.

I believe we can get a picture of this empire from these Scriptures of Daniel.

Dan 7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

Dan 7:19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;

The ten horns on this Beast represent ten kingdoms which represent the revived Roman Empire!

These ten kings will be no more than puppets who will follow the lead of the Beast.

*Rev 17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

These 10 kings will follow the Beast in everything he does. This Beast, the Antichrist will be the very last world dictator.

You know not one of the followers of Satan believe him to be a dictator, he has so deceived them.

We can just imagine the wickedness of this dictatorship.

Many say this will be the revived Roman Empire and most of those Caesars were cruel and wicked people who thought they were gods, and this kingdom of the Beast will be far worse.

In fact every follower of the Antichrist will be no more than puppets under his direct control, and he will send them all to their death.

How foolish will they be? They will try to attack God.

*Rev 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

They will see Jesus only as their enemy when He has always only been a Savior but even our Savior has had enough of sin.

Why will Jesus win this war? He is God!

He is the greatest King of all kings of the past. He is Lord of all His Creation.

There has never been a lord as our Lord. Lord meaning He has Supreme Authority as He has had since He first made Heaven and Earth!

He has brought someone with Him. Soldiers of the Cross who will not have to draw a sword because our God will fight for us!

He brings with Him those He has called and who answered His call. Not all did answer.
He brings with Him those who have chosen to live for Him after He called them.
He brings with Him those who have been faithful to serve Him after He called.

Psa 149:4 For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.
Psa 149:5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
Psa 149:6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand;
Psa 149:7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
Psa 149:8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
Psa 149:9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.

Again one of the angels spoke to John.

*Rev 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

We now see that the Beast did not actually rise up out of the Sea, but in actuality he rose up out of the people. The Antichrist is just a man!

The term “waters” used in many places means multitudes of people.

The Beast is the world of wickedness that has come to power and at its head is the Antichrist.

This is the world that will give their power to the Apostate church, raise by the “false prophet”.

The “rapture” of the true Church will be talked about as fools lost forever, while this false Church will claim all the glories and riches of the world to serve the Antichrist.

She can only lead her followers to death, and that death eternal in the Burning Lake of Fire.

At first the false Church was riding upon the Antichrist, but here we see that the Antichrist is now riding upon the false Church.

All of a sudden, the Antichrist and his ten kings turn upon the false church to destroy her.

This will be the destruction of false religion and the Antichrist will claim to be God, the god of power!

*Rev 17:16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
Rev 17:17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

God has put into the heart of these already wicked people to stop what they are doing and destroy false religion from off the face of the earth.

Here we see that Religious Babylon is destroyed by Political Babylon.

False religion was used by the Antichrist to gain control of the political world and no more being needed false religion, it will be destroyed with the Antichrist having total control of all the resources of this earth.

This is the end of all state religions.

We can just imagine the resources that a world church would have at its disposal and the Antichrist will not rest until he has all things under his direct control.

God had said He would put a stop to false religion, and He will use the Antichrist to fulfill this purpose!

It should be obvious that politicians will never allow religion to dictate their actions. Not now and not in the future!

It should also be obvious that the Lord never intended for the Church to accumulate riches!

The riches of the Church are always to be used to promote the Gospel and beautiful ornate buildings are not necessary.

This does not mean we are not to have comfortable places to worship!

We can just imagine what could be done if all the money given to God was used in the work of the Lord in being good stewards of God’s riches.

When a politician sees riches, they immediately have a desire for it as they do today.

The harlot church will be hated and hated by those who at one time worshipped her.
The harlot church will be made desolate. All her riches confiscated.
The harlot will be made naked. Stripped of her rich ornate possessions and abandoned.
The enemies of the harlot church will eat her flesh and all her glory will be gone.
The harlot church will be burned with fire. Ruined, doomed to everlasting destruction.

In truth once the apostate church falls, the other Babylon will also fall!

*Rev 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

We already know that this political Babylon refers to the city that sits on seven hills which can only be Rome.

The Antichrist will run his course thinking all the time he is in control, when all the time he is fulfilling the will of God.

He may read the Bible, but he does not understand the power of a Holy God!

The ten kings will now have their kingdoms but even they will not be able to please the Antichrist who is now so full of hate that he hates himself!

It can truly be said that God works in mysterious ways!

In reality we will understand all these things once we have the mind of Christ after we reach the “Glory World”!

The Seven Last Plagues

Chapters 15 and 16

Just as most of the people who remain have sworn an oath to the Beast (Antichrist) and received the “Mark of The Beast” believing the Beast, will make things better.

Just when things are so bad that the people are in need of relief and the Antichrist promises that relief, but He is a liar.

Just when the people of earth that remain believe that things just cannot get worse, they get much worse.

The Lord God Jehovah is just getting started.

There are still some who did not take the “Mark of the Beast” and they will also go through these terrible things, but they will be saved out of them.

Many of them already martyrs for refusing the “Mark of the Beast”.

We should clearly understand that nothing is over, till the Lord says they are over.

Just as the Lord was about to take His last breath as He hung on the Cross on Mount Calvary, He said it is finished.

Joh 19:28 After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.
Joh 19:29 Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth.
Joh 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

What was accomplished? The plan of salvation for all believers was “finished” on that cross.

There is no other method to appease God beyond accepting the “work” that the Lord Jesus Christ did to provide our salvation, by paying the sin debt that was required for every human being that has lived since the time of Adam.

Even all those that were held in Abraham’s Bosom had to believe the work that the Lord did for the salvation of all those of the world.

Eph 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Eph 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
Eph 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
Eph 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Eph 4:7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Eph 4:8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
Eph 4:9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
Eph 4:10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

There is only one hope for salvation and this hope is even extended into the Great Tribulation!

Jesus Christ did all the work and our only requirement is faith in that work.

In these Scriptures Jesus will say it is over. He will use the words “it is done”.

What will be done? The full wrath of God will have reached its fulfillment!

*Rev 15:1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.

Rev 15:5 And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
Rev 15:6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

The seven last plagues.

In case we miss it, there is a Temple in Heaven and guess what, my home and your home and every believers home are built around the Heavenly Temple.

Joh 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
Joh 14:2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Joh 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Joh 14:4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

Every believer will live in the Father’s House, in His Holy Temple.

But this day our Heavenly Father will show His wrath to those who have taken the “Mark of the Beast” who will live their final days in misery at the wrath of God.

Then in Hell, and then in the Burning Lake of Fire.

They are already in misery. They will see and feel and live in even more misery before they die and be sent to Hell for even more misery and after the “White Throne Judgment” into the Burning Lake of Fire, where they will endure everlasting misery in a place they cannot die to avoid it, just because they rejected their Creator.

This word wrath does not just mean they will endure God’s anger until His anger does not exist.

This word wrath means they will endure God’s never-ending anger upon them!

These angels come out of the Temple because their orders can come only from God Himself.

God’s “Two Witnesses” have finished their work and they are back in Heaven, their work complete.

Remember it takes two witness before God will allow death.

The angels assigned to deliver the Gospel to the entire world have finished their work as Jesus had commanded, and have returned to Heaven and their place.

Mat_24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

With all things accomplished as written then Jehovah would do just as He said He would do!

*Rev 15:7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

Notice those vials full of the wrath of God were not inside the Temple because anger should never be inside the House of God.

We did not use it, but in verse three in the Song of Moses, we see that all the acts of God are “just and true”!

Verse four says these “judgments” are made manifest.

The “judgments” of God are justified, and they will be according to His written Word!

These things in these vials must be completed before the Millennial Kingdom on earth can begin! All these things that written in the Word of God.

The Antichrist will be put down forever!

The False Prophet will be put down forever!

Satan will be chained up for 1000 years then released, for a very short season, and then sentenced to the Burning Lake of Fire!

To those who have questions, Satan will not be king of the Burning Lake of Fire, it is just his eternal home of misery just as it will be for all those who reject Jesus Christ.

It was in fact designed and created for him and the angels that followed him!

Mat 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

God never intended to have to send humans to this place, but they have chosen this fate themselves!

We must not forget the number seven used here can be said to be the complete nature of the “Wrath of God”!

God has no other alternative left for sin except to completely destroy it!

Once God has commanded this action, Jehovah stood in all His glory and no man was able to enter the Temple of God.

To be sure there are no men in Heaven!

The Lord Jesus will come to this earth in all His glory and just His glory, being so powerful that sin will be eradicated wherever the Lord places His feet upon this earth.

Sin cannot stand before the Glory of God in any form or fashion!

God is long-suffering.
God is patient.
God is good.
God is kind.
God is love.

But God is also a consuming fire!

Deu 4:24 For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.

God deals with sin with blood and fire.

If you are not covered by the blood of Jesus, you will be consumed by His glory!

Isa 28:21 For the LORD shall rise up as in mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.
Isa 28:22 Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord GOD of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth.

This strange thing is about to take place!

*Rev 16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
Rev 16:2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.

What we need to clearly understand is when Jehovah pours out these vials (bowls), His wrath will flow without mercy.

At no time in the Scriptures has Jehovah showed His wrath without it being tempered with “Mercy”.

God will show no mercy at this time!

He was warned and warned and warned again. There will be no more warnings! There will be no escape!

God takes no pleasure in showing His wrath.

God will eradicate ungodliness and wickedness and immorality from the face of the earth, just as He warned and just as He promised!

We have just been through a time of pestilence (plague) throughout the world so we now realize that a plague can affect the entire world.

Plague number one:

That word “noisome” means terribly destructive.

That word “sore” means boils or ulcers.

It will be similar to leprosy but far worse.

It will be a cancer outside the body that is incurable.

It will be sin exposed to the pure liquids from Heaven that will eat them like an acid.

I cannot imagine someone with running boils and running ulcers, still falling down to worship the Antichrist (the Beast).

I am sure they will also be begging for him to help them, but he cannot, nor will he be able to.

Some of these plagues actually happened on a smaller scale in Egypt in the days of Moses.

Exo 9:8 And the LORD said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.
Exo 9:9 And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.
Exo 9:10 And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast.
Exo 9:11 And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians.
In reality “boils” are caused by “bad blood”!

“Boils” reveal “corruption” in the body!

These things will only happen to those who have the Mark of the Beast!

“Judgment” in all its bitterness had finally began.

The “fury” of the Lord that He would have rather not used, will no less be used on all those have the “Mark of the beast!

Not just in Jerusalem, not just in Israel, but all across the earth where men dwell!

*Rev 16:3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

Remember we are seeing the wrath of God without mercy and its best just to understand this Scripture just as it is written.

We need to go back to the Book of Genesis.

Gen 1:9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

Gen 1:20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
Gen 1:21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.

What we should understand from our verse three, is that those seas are no longer water but blood not because of the blood of the sea creatures but because it is the blood that killed all the sea creatures because the Seas could no longer sustain life.

This is not just the Mediterranean Sea but just as in Genesis it is all the Seas as they are one Sea.

We should probably also understand that these bowls (vials) were probably poured out in rapid succession.

*Rev 16:4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
Rev 16:5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
Rev 16:6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
Rev 16:7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

The Seas as we know are Salt Waters, now we see that the fresh waters are also affected because in reality all the waters on our planet are connected.

Job 28:23 God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof.
Job 28:24 For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven;
Job 28:25 To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure.
Job 28:26 When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder:
Job 28:27 Then did he see it, and declare it; he prepared it, yea, and searched it out.

Job 36:27 For he maketh small the drops of water: they pour down rain according to the vapour thereof:
Job 36:28 Which the clouds do drop and distil upon man abundantly.
Job 36:29 Also can any understand the spreadings of the clouds, or the noise of his tabernacle?

Without water there is no life and drinking blood will only cause death.

All, freshwater species, will die because of the blood.

Again this to has happened on a much smaller scale.

Exo 7:20 And Moses and Aaron did so, as the LORD commanded; and he lifted up the rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight of Pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood.
Exo 7:21 And the fish that was in the river died; and the river stank, and the Egyptians could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt.

God’s warnings are over, “death” is the key word during this time near the end of the Great Tribulation.

The prophets, the preachers, the saints of God have been murdered for centuries on end, just because of faith and the Word of God.

Even the Lord Jesus Christ shed His blood for all the world if the world would just show a little faith.

That blood that has been in the soil and the seas all these years would now surface in the Seas, and the Lakes and the Streams and the Springs and the waters of the earth would be blood and that blood would no longer sustain life because it is the blood of death.

The Lord God Jehovah is right to do these things, because of the injustice the world has caused to His children.

And Christ Jesus is not yet through.

*Rev 16:8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
Rev 16:9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

I just wonder sometimes if all those who claim “Climate Change” are just afraid that what God says is true, but they still have some notion that they can defeat Jehovah.

They forget that Jesus Christ laid down His life and He then pick His life back up and the truth is He can never die!

I for one do hot handle the hot weather as well as I did when I was young, but this fourth bowl (vial) is pour directly on the Sun.

The Sun will have enough power to scorch the skin of those it reaches, who are unprotected.

Just what will protect you from the Sun that sends our fiery flames? Not much, and fire will break out everywhere with no means to extinguish its flame!

There will be a heat wave around this world, one such that has never been seen!

These people who can stay alive will not feel sorrow for their wickedness, they will only blaspheme and curse the Lord even more.

They still do not realize they are going to die.

How any could survive is only in the hands of the Lord.

We know the true Jews are in a place protected by the Lord, possibly the caves of Edom.

What had the Lord said?

Mal 4:1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
Mal 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
Mal 4:3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.

Over and over the Lord has warned of this day.

Old Testament

Psa 21:9 Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them.
Psa 21:10 Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.

Nah 1:5 The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.
Nah 1:6 Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.
Nah 1:7 The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

Zep 1:18 Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

New Testament

Mat 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
Mat 3:12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

2Th 1:6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;
2Th 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
2Th 1:10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

The world is ready for the coming of the Lord today! For they will not repent!

*Rev 16:10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
Rev 16:11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

Some may say “well finally some relief”, but this darkness will not bring relief!

In fact this darkness is just a little taste of Hell.

So dark that you can feel it.

In so much pain but cannot find relief nor even see enough even to move.

Even then those hot flames will still burn but be invisible to the eye, such as the burning of the petrol in a formula one race car.

The pain of God’s Wrath cannot be avoided, and there will be no relief!

They will curse God even more!

Isaiah wrote that this would be a “gross” darkness.

Isa 60:2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

But the Lord is not yet through.

All the world that remains hate the Lord so much, along with the Antichrist it is time for them to be gathered for one final battle, so the Lord makes a way for them to be gathered in the valley of Jehoshaphat.

Nah 1:5 The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.
Nah 1:6 Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.
Nah 1:7 The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
Nah 1:8 But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.
Nah 1:9 What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.

The Antichrist, The Beast does not even realize what is taking place.

Psa_2:4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

*Rev 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
Rev 16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
Rev 16:14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

At first glance it would seem that this sixth vial (bowl) does not seem to be much.

If we look closely, it not only says the way of the kings of the east is made clear, but the final preparations of the Great War called Armageddon have already been completed.

We know the Euphrates River has existed since the time of Creation and more or less has kept its tract even after the great flood just for the reason we read about in this chapter.

For those who do not know, there is a great dam built on the Euphrates today and it is possible to almost stop the flow of this great river that has supplied water to many people for a long time.

Nearly 2000 years ago Jehovah said He would dry up this river basin to allow a great army to come to Jerusalem from the East.

Say what we will and guess if we must, but the largest army in existence is the Chinese Army and it lies to the East.

In earlier studies we already know that the great armies of the North will also converge on Israel, which the great armies of the North would be the Russian and the Turkish armies.

The armies of the West would be the revived Roman Empire, which by the way I would hope would not include the USA, but there is little doubt that this is true, except the Scripture that mentions “on the wings of a Great Eagle”.

It is a fact that God has cursed every nation that goes against Israel, so they all will serve their purpose in this Great War that can only end one way.

The Antichrist has now the means to march all the armies of the world to Israel in an attempt destroy her, simply because the Lord has said that this is His land.

Hatred, we are fools if we do not see hatred growing today throughout the world.

What are these unclean spirits (like frogs)? The means to instill even more hatred!

Isa_11:15 And the LORD shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake his hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make men go over dryshod.

All the world has given in to the Antichrist, (the Beast) and he has total control of all the great armies of this world.

God does not redo things He has not already done!

1Ki 22:20 And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner.
1Ki 22:21 And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him.
1Ki 22:22 And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

The Lord used one lying spirit to convince Ahab to go to his death.

Jehovah will use three unclean spirits, to convince the Antichrist to go to his defeat along with all these great armies.

They are “spirits of devils”!

Notice they have the power to perform miracles to show the mighty (perceived) power of the Beast.

It takes a fool to challenge the Almighty God and Satan has been defeated at every turn, and now he will lead most of the remaining people of this earth to their death because of his great hatred for God’s creation.

That war, Armageddon, is used by many men and women, but this is not really a war.

God says it is a slaughter! Armageddon means “slaughter” and it will be a slaughter!

Why would King Jesus speak at this time to John? It is just a reminder!

*Rev 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. Rev 16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Jesus will come as a thief to carry the Church away.

In fact the departure of the Church will be explained away by the Antichrist and the only ones who will take notice will be the Hebrew Children.

They will become jealous!

Rom_10:19 But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.
Rom_11:11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.

What will happen to true Israel?

Rev_12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

The Lord has come again as a thief and moved the intended victims of the Antichrist to safety.

Those who die in the war of Armageddon die for nothing and it will be a slaughter!

*Rev 16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

Let us review:

The Trumpet Judgments.

  1. Hail, fire, and blood cast upon THE EARTH; one third trees, and one third of all living things burnt.
  2. One third of SEA made blood; one third of creatures therein and of ships destroyed.
  3. One third of the RIVERS made bitter; many men destroyed.
  4. One third of the SUN smitten; one third of the day darkened.
  5. Star from heaven falls into the ABYSS; he sends forth locusts; men seek death; Hebrew name of their king is Abaddon.
  6. Armies from the EUPHRATES destroy one third part of men; men repent not.
    The two witnesses of God WITNESS for him and work MIRACLES; WAR against them by the beast.
  7. VOICES in heaven; the JUDGMENT; earthquake, lightning and HAIL weighing over hundred pounds.

The Vial Judgments.

  1. Vial poured ON THE EARTH; sores upon the followers of the beast.
  2. The SEA made blood as of a dead man; every soul therein destroyed.
  3. RIVERS made blood; declared to be God’s vengeance upon [ALL] men.
  4. SUN smitten; men scorched; men blaspheme, men repent not.
  5. The THRONE and kingdom of the beast smitten; men, in pain, blaspheme God; men repent not.
  6. The way prepared for kings beyond the EUPHRATES. Three unclean spirits of the dragon WITNESS for him and work MIRACLES; WAR by the world at (the Hebrew) Armageddon.
  7. VOICES in heaven; the FALL of Babylon; EARTHQUAKE lightning and HAIL.,

We may from this comparison notice:

(1) The vials form a series of visions announcing God’s judgments against the wicked.
(2) The number seven as well as their character indicates the universal and complete nature of these judgments.
(3) The events portrayed occupy the same period in time as the seals and trumpets; that is to say, the period of the world’s history terminating with the last judgment day.
(4) As in the uses of the seals and trumpets, they are general indications of God’s judgments; and though particular events may be partial fulfillment, the complete fulfillment is in our time.
(5) In comparison with the seals and trumpets, we may observe some points in common and some in which the visions differ.
(a) Like the former visions, these may be divided into two groups of four and three.
(b) The structure of the vial visions is almost exactly parallel to that of the seals.
(c) The visions all terminate with the same events portrayed in similar language, though, as the three sets of visions proceed, more stress is laid upon the judgment of the wicked, and less on the victory of the redeemed.
(d) An episode occurs after the sixth vial of almost identical nature with, though much shorter than that after the sixth trumpet.
(e) The severity of the nature of the vial judgments is conspicuous. Whereas under the seals one fourth was afflicted, and under the trumpets one third, there is nothing to indicate any exemption in the vial visions.
(6) The reason of the employment of the term “vial,” or “bowl,” is most likely to be found in the expression, “cup of God’s anger,” in Rev_14:10.

It indicates the pouring out of God’s wrath in an overwhelming and irresistible flood.

It is, therefore, significant of retribution more dire than that symbolized by the trumpet, just as the trumpet indicated greater severity than the seals.

When we read where so many of this world died during these “vial” judgments what we see is a world under total confusion.

The Antichrist, the beast has proven to be a total lie!

The Lord Jesus Christ has proven to be the truth!

Never has this world seen so much confusion, so much chaos, and so much discord.

All these people are at a loss to explain what is happening to them!

They had rejected the Word of God, but the Word of God had been true all along!

Psa 102:25 Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.
Psa 102:26 They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:
Psa 102:27 But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.

Isa 51:6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.

Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

The kingdom of Satan is crumbling, and he has no power to stop it!

Only ruin can be seen wherever eyes can see.

Jer 4:23 I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.
Jer 4:24 I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly.
Jer 4:25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled.
Jer 4:26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger.

Jehovah in His “great anger” had accomplished what He said He would do!

The remaining chapters give us greater detail of all these things, but the truth is King Jesus has just stepped out upon the world stage.

The Beasts

Book of Revelation Chapter 13

Remember our last lesson where that old Serpent, the Devil, Satan himself was tossed out of the first and second heaven. The place of our atmosphere and the place of all the heavenly constellations. Well guess where he shows up?

He is mad at Jehovah. His range is limited again. The ears of Heaven are no longer open to his constant accusing.

He will set his sights on the only remaining group of God’s people.

Remember Satan has been to Heaven and he knows somewhat of the things that go on in Heaven, but as far as he is concerned, when he causes the death of any individual, they are just dead and this is what he seeks to do to the rest of the world, murder!

He knows his final outcome and he plans to murder all the remaining people upon this earth, to deny any of them any opportunity to ever see Jehovah God face to face and to destroy all of God’s creation.

You see this is another promise that Satan will try to break, that anyway he can, he will try to make Jehovah out to be a liar!

This is pure hatred, and this is the hatred that we see in many nations, including here in the USA, today.

In fact this is the hatred I see for all God’s people.

Jesus said:

Joh 7:6 Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready.
Joh 7:7 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

Joh 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

So let us see these “Beasts”.

*Rev 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

It is in this Chapter 13 that we see just how wicked and evil the Antichrist is!

We will see the Antichrist and his religious leader the False Prophet, as they commence their plan to destroy this earth, we call our temporary home.

Remember the Church is already in Heaven by this time. Those upon the earth that remain are those who have chosen to follow the Antichrist and then the Jews who Jehovah has caused to go through these things to open their blinded eyes.

The 144,000 missionaries are out in the world telling evil and wicked people about the Antichrist and the true Christ and many will begin to see the truth.

The Two Witnesses are in Jerusalem preaching the truth of God and tormenting those who reject the Lord Jesus Christ.

Satan has just been tossed out of the skies and the place of the stars and he has nowhere to run except upon this earth and he is so mad that he can think of nothing but destroying God’s creation and all the people who remain.

The first three and a half years of the Tribulation, the Antichrist won the people over with his deception and flatteries.

These last three and a half years= called the Great Tribulation, the Antichrist will cause fear and destruction and fury to be his tools.

There will be so much difference in what the Antichrist was at first and what he is now, that people will think he is not the same person but remember Satan is the Great Deceiver.

It is easy to say he came from the sea but when we study the Word of God, we know that the sea also represents the multitudes of people.

Rev 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

We know that Satan was actually that rebellious angel named Lucifer!

Does it seem strange that the Luciferians are beginning to make their cause known? They to, can sense the time of their false messiah

Here we see that the Antichrist is a mere man but also Satan in the flesh.

He will get his false power from Satan as will the False Prophet as these Scriptures teach us.

The prophet Daniel also informed the Jews that these things would take place so they would know, but the Jews reject the Book of Daniel.

Dan 7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
Dan 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

Dan 7:19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;
Dan 7:20 And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.

Dan 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
Dan 7:24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

We can see the truth when we see these things are for three and a half years.

As we continue, we can keep these things of Daniel in mind.

*Rev 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

Daniel saw these same three animals, but the important phrase is that the “Dragon” gave him his power.

That word “seat” means he will get power of Satan and he will rule from Satan’s throne.

Satan’s throne is supported by all the evil wickedness that is in the world!

We know this also includes the entire economy of the world at this time.

1Ti_6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

It is the love of money that has built Satan’s throne!

Satan loves money so much that he will take control of all the economies of the world.

1Jn_2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Satan’s throne is built upon lust and covetousness!

The Church is in Heaven. The “Seat” of government of the Antichrist is based upon these two things and will operate under the character of Satan.

Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

These things are the power and great authority that are given to the human that will be the Antichrist!

*Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

We should clearly understand that the Scriptures use the term Antichrist for a reason and this man, who is human, who is powered by Satan will have the marks of a simulated death and resurrection that will seem as some great miracle just to cause doubt in the work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Remember he has the name “Blasphemy”.

Blasphemy is speaking evil of Jehovah, the Lord Jesus Christ!

Psa 74:18 Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.
Psa 74:19 O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever.
Psa 74:20 Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.

Since the death, the burial, and the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ was under the power of the Holy Spirit, then this Antichrist will also blaspheme the Holy Spirit.

Luk 23:46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

Luk 12:10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.

Those of the world, will see this human that is revived from a fake death and they will believe another lie, another deception, of the Antichrist.

Remember Satan is the father of all liars, all murderers and all deceivers, but he does have limited power, but even that power is given to him by Jehovah!

These remaining people who have already proved they did not believe the Lord Jesus Christ, will be deceived again into believing the Antichrist!

This will be about the time he gets brave enough to go into the Third Temple and claim himself to be God.

*Rev 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

The Bible says we have a Triune God. The Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Not three gods but One God in three persons!

In this Chapter we see that Satan has his false trinity. Not Triune, not even a true trinity but Satan in three “individual” persons.

We already know of Satan.
We already know of the Antichrist.

We now meet the Beast who will be a false religious leader during the seven years of Tribulation.

His job is to convince the Jews that he is the true messiah, which we know is impossible, but the Jews are looking for a Messiah. The Muslim are looking for a Mahdi and many other false religions are looking for some sort of messiah.

They all reject that the Lord Jesus Christ is the true Messiah!

The Apostle Paul taught the church these things

2Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

It is the Beast who will try to unite all religions into one religious federation, and he will succeed for a while, but only until the Jews realize his deception.

Once the Jews realize the deception of the Antichrist, the Muslim world will do the same and so goes for the other religions except the Luciferians and religious wars will begin!

Already today there are those trying to unite all believers.

There is the World Council of Churches.

World Council of Churches (WCC), Christian ecumenical organization founded in 1948 in Amsterdam as “a fellowship of Churches which accept Jesus Christ our Lord as God and Savior.” The WCC is not a church, nor does it issue orders or directions to the churches. It works for the unity and renewal of the Christian denominations and offers them a forum in which they may work together “in the spirit of tolerance and mutual understanding”.

Notice the phrase the “Spirit of tolerance”

There is the National Council of Churches.

The National Council of the Churches of Christ in the USA, usually identified as the National Council of Churches, is the largest ecumenical body in the United States. NCC is an ecumenical partnership of 38 Christian faith groups in the United States. Its member communions include mainline Protestant, Eastern Orthodox, African-American, evangelical, and historic peace churches. Together, they encompass more than 100,000 local congregations and 40 million adherents. It began as the Federal Council of Churches in 1908, and expanded through merger with several other ecumenical organizations to become the National Council of Churches in 1950. “During the late 1950s and early 1960s the National Council of Churches was partially funded by the Foundation for Youth and Student Affairs which was a front funded by the CIA to combat communism”.

Notice the phrase backed by “Backed by the CIA”. This is how this thing begin and for these wrong reasons.

Many of the leaders in this group still lean toward communism which they downgrade to socialism.

We can see this portrayed on the political scene in America every day!

They are tolerant of the slaying of babies still in the womb!

They are tolerant of the sin and immorality, the so-called gay movement.

Have you noticed the word “queer” having a revival in many news reports?

They have no shame at all anymore!

They are also weak on the punishment of evil doers.

Many say they are believers, but they go against everything that Jesus stands for in the name of tolerance.

Both these groups and there are others and it may sound like a good idea, but that one word “tolerance” says it all.

Christianity is the most intolerant organization that exist, and it must remain this way!

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Joh 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

There is only one truth!
There is only one way to Heaven!
There is only one means of eternal life!
There is only one Messiah.

1Jn_5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

There is only one Savior.

1Jn_4:2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

2Jn_1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

The Scriptures do not allow any room to tolerate any other beliefs!

We cannot allow ourselves to be persuaded by these people, but in fact the Antichrist will in present this Beast as the answer to solving all disputes in religious circles!

Neither of these groups accept the Bible as the actual Word of God, but only guidelines that can be manipulated by man!

Only those who want to keep their sin agree with these people!

This is not what Jesus says because Jesus is intolerant!

Joh_3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Joh_3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Forgive me, but being “Born Again” is being intolerant to the way the world thinks and the way these councils think!

All so-called Christian denominations except one, came out of the Catholic Church!

Let them answer the question of why they are not still in the Catholic Church as they push to reunite.

They did not agree on what the Bible says including the Catholic Church who used the Jesuites rewrite the Scriptures to cause confusion of the people.

To this day they reject that their people need a copy of the Bible, because it is the Pope who is to interpret Scripture. Ridiculous!

All these councils do nothing, but cause confusion and it is those lost souls who suffer having never heard the truth!

What do we know from our studies in the Book of Revelation?

The Antichrist is:

1) The Devil in a human body.
2) He is now a world dictator.
3) He is the second person in Satan’s trinity.
4) He will be revealed only after the Church is in Heaven, even though he may be on the scene but not yet in position.

He will come in at first peaceful and solving the war and rumors of war issue.

Dan 11:21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.

He will enter into a league of federation that will include the Jews and be world renown.

Dan 11:23 And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people.

He will want the world to worship him as God and this is when Jehovah will open the eyes of the Spiritually blind Jews!

Dan 11:36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.
Dan 11:37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

This Beast in reality is Satan’s political leader the Antichrist. This is Satan’s “Super-Human” the answer to all the world’s political problem!

*Rev 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
Rev 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

This man and he is just a man, will pose as the greatest of all humanitarians. A friend to all men and especially to the Jews.

Remember Satan is now limited to just the earth and he is so mad at God he cannot stand himself.

He has two goals before Jehovah sends the tiniest angel in Heaven to bind him. At least this is how I imagine it.

1) He is determined to destroy the Jews the only people on the face of the earth that still call on Jehovah God!
2) He is determined to be worshipped as God by this world!

From what the world saw of him the first three and a half years will be far different from what the world will see the last three and a half years!

He spent his time as a flatterer and deceiver at first, but now he will show his true colors!

Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Notice none of these things can take place without Jehovah God allowing them to take place!

Notice also that he even blasphemes the Saints already in Heaven that missed out on the seven years of Tribulation, and anyone who will badmouth our God will certainly show that same hatred for all the things of God and the world will find out the truth of Satan, he has hidden from them!

We must not forget. The earth has seen earthquake after earthquake, and they will only get worse until the Big One.
The earth has seen the “Climate” change for real and not these imaginary things we see now which are only the beginning real “Climate Change”.
The earth has seen pestilence(plague) after pestilence (virus) till many will not even leave their homes.
There has seen war after war after war even though they are in the name of peace.
The earth will become a miserable place to live and only the Jews seem to bearing up, under the pressure simply, because Jehovah will not forsake them!

There is more hatred than there has ever been now, and none of these things will change until the return of the true Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ!

All of a sudden, the people that remain, even though they are wicked and evil, see a glimmer of hope even though it is a false hope!

*Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

What do we know?

We know the Two Witnesses will preach in Jerusalem with the same Word of God we have today for three and a half years and then they will be murdered by Satan but they will come back to life in three days and ascend to Heaven.

We know that the 144,000 Hebrew evangelists will be working for three and a half years and not one of them will be murdered, but those converts who reject Satan will be murdered because they will reject the sealing of the Antichrist.

It is our Heavenly Father who gave this power to Satan! It sounds terrible and it is, but things are so bad during the Tribulation years especially the last three and a half years that like today, many a Saint of God will welcome death because they know they have a home in Heaven where there is no evil.

The Lord has now given the Antichrist the power to rule over most all nations! He can speak all the languages of every people. He can relate to every race and every kindred.

We must understand he only has God given power at any time and he is a tool in the hand of God for “Judgment” for all those who have rejected the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Lord has given them many, many opportunities to think about what lies ahead, but they are clinging to the power of Satan which he does not even have.

The Antichrist is just what this world is reaching out for today and he will supply a false hope to all those who see this world crumbling and falling apart, when he cannot do anything about it but show a miracle or two that he did not really do.

Most all the world leaders have given him all their resources and only one thing he is lacking, that he wants to be worshipped as God!

Dan 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

He just wants to be God!

*Rev 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Rev 13:9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
Rev 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

We should understand that not everyone is happy with the Antichrist, but they were also not willing to accept Jesus Christ and these people are left to the whims of Satan who has the God given power to destroy them.

These are the ones that we need to reach out to today!

Once you name is written down in the Lamb’s Book of Life, you do not have to worry what this world can do to you!

The one thing that the Antichrist lacks the most is love. He does not have the ability to love, except for himself!

If you know anything about the Lord Jesus Christ and if you think of things that are not traits of Jesus, they will be the traits of the Antichrist!

1Pe 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
1Pe 1:20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
1Pe 1:21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

Tit 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
Tit 1:3 But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;

Eph 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
Eph 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Eph 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Eph 1:6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

When there is no love, then there is no hope! The Antichrist can offer only a false hope!

Listen to the Holy Spirit describe him.

This is the last warning by the Holy Spirit. The very last chance to repent and turn toward the Lord Jesus Christ!

Mat 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

Oba 1:15 For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.

Every detail of everything that the world has caused to happen to God’s people, they will receive from a wrathful God.

I know the liberals say that Jehovah has too much love to ever cause such harm, but they do not read the actual Word of God.

They have determined that Hell does not exist, but these lessons of final judgment will be terrible.

What is God waiting on?

Rev 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
Rev 6:11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, “until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled”.

The Lord will repay the death of his children with death!
The Lord will repay the captivity of his children with captivity!

Both of these things have their ending in the Burning Lake of Fire!

But these things will begin with the great slaughter by the Lord.

Rev_14:20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

And then there is another Beast.

*Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
Rev 13:12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

As we know the first Beast, the Antichrist, will be a political dictator with all the militaries of all nations at his command and all the economies of every nation at his disposal!

There have been many types of this man, but there has never been a man as cruel as the first Beast, because the world put an end to them allowed by God.

The world will join with the Antichrist!

This second Beast will be the man who will link all the false religions together. Remember the Church is in Heaven!

Other Saints are leaving that world daily, because of being slaughtered by the followers of Satan.

They could be called Luciferians, which actually exist today and are starting to rattle their swords!

If we remember the temptations of our Lord, Satan offered the Lord Jesus some power which he has, but remember any power he has is given to him by the Lord.

Luk 4:5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
Luk 4:6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
Luk 4:7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

Of course Jesus rejected this thing, because Satan has no real power, but guess what?

This new beast will be offered this same power and he will accept it.

He will worship the Devil!

Notice he speaks as a dragon because his power comes from the dragon, the Devil.

Here we will see a union of the false church and the dictator state of the first beast.

Our forefathers placed in our Constitution rules that would not allow the State to interfere with the Church.

Many on the left have interpreted this in reverse stating the Church is not to interfere with the State which was not the intention of our forefathers.

In the days of the Antichrist the second Beast, the False Prophet will unite all the false church with the Antichrist even to the point that the Antichrist will be worshipped as God.

It will be at this point that the Jews will rebel!

As my Pastor has said many times. The Jews may not know who the true Messiah is, but they certainly know who He is not!

They will never recognize the Antichrist as God!

The second Beast will use the evidence that the first Beast has died and then risen from the grave, but this will be nothing but a deception for Satan does not have this power and Jehovah will not give him this power at any time.

I like this scripture in Isaiah.

Isa_27:1 In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.

The Antichrist is surrounded by followers.
The second Beast will bring in all religions to this group.

Part of the Antichrist downfall is that he cannot keep that many humans under control so he will revert to complete tyranny and destruction.

At first, the False Prophet with the power of Satan will do miracles, but those miracles will all be allusions.

*Rev 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
Rev 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

We must understand that Satan does have some incredible power, but that power is held in check by the Lord and Satan is no more than a tool.

We must also understand that the Lord will take only those who have accepted Him as the Messiah to present to His Father.

Satan is used to provide temptation and sin, so people will have to make that choice to choose the truth over a lie.

Everyone since the time of Jesus will get an opportunity to make this choice.

Mat 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

No one will be in Hell who did not get an opportunity to choose Jesus, after they have been presented with the truth!

Some will get only one opportunity because during the Tribulation years is not a time of “Mercy” but it is a time of “Judgment”!

Even in “Judgment” the Lord still will show any believer that one moment of “Grace”, at least I believe this!

Many souls will be saved during the “Great Tribulation” as we have already seen.

What does this second Beast do? The power is Satan is deception!

2Jn_1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

If there are many deceivers now just think the whole world will be full of deceivers joined up to the master deceiver Satan.

Just that would make the Tribulation years to be terrible!

This False Prophet who drew his power from Satan, who was allowed this power for “Judgment” could do some things that looked amazing.

They even appeared miraculous.

We might say, why in the world would our true Heavenly Father allow these things to happen.

The Lord still wants them to be convicted by the Word of God!

The only godly people that remain upon the earth at that time are the Hebrew children who preserved the Word of God so we would have a copy of the truth.

Deu 13:1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,
Deu 13:2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;
Deu 13:3 Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
Deu 13:4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

All throughout the Great Tribulation the Jews, the Hebrew children, will have to confront the truth of the Scriptures.

They have already witnessed the rapture of the Church which in my opinion the Lord will keep disguised to most of the world by some pestilence or some other such thing that can easily be dismissed by the Antichrist.

They witnessed the Rapture.
They will have seen more blood than they could have ever thought of.
They will see the Word of God played out before their eyes.
They will have listened to the Two Witnesses.
They will have seen and heard the 144,000 evangelists.
They will soon doubt anything the Antichrist says.

What is the rest of the world going to do?

They will build an idol, a large idol!

*Rev 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

How many have heard of holograms.

We should know by now is that the Lord has put off His return for many reasons, especially His patience for those who are lost, but technology had to in place for all these things in the Book of Revelation to take place. This includes military and worldly things.

Yes, this idol would speak and give the appearance of coming alive. Illusionist have been doing these things for years, yet during the Great Tribulation many will be deceived by these things.

Now if we go back to the time of Nebuchadnezzar, we know that these deceived people will have to worship this thing or die!

Dan 3:1 Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.
Dan 3:2 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.
Dan 3:3 Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up.
Dan 3:4 Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages,
Dan 3:5 That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up:
Dan 3:6 And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.

The difference. Three Jewish boys were thrown in the fiery furnace and Jesus came to protect them and walk in the furnace with them and they did not even have the smell of smoke on their clothing.

These that the Antichrist murders will miss out on the fiery furnace, but the Antichrist, the False Prophet, and Satan, the unholy trinity will all go to the Burning Lake of Fire.

None of the true Jews will bow down to this idol because Jehovah broke them from that many times.

They will begin to rebel against the Antichrist.

Those that fell down and worshipped this idol would all be sealed with the mark of the Beast.

*Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

There is a lot of talk about the mark of the beast and I will not venture into what this mark will be.

The first thing we notice is, this looks like things that communism does to keep tabs on its people.

We know a one world government, with one man (the Antichrist) in power, would indeed be run as a communist nation and even more severe as such as North Korea. A dictatorship.

Things are terrible during this time of Tribulation known as the Great Tribulation. People are being murdered for no reason especially any that rebel.

People are starving while the elite are living sumptuously.

No one has an answer to their problems because there is no answer except Christ and that brings instant death.

There is no place to go to complain.

There is no one listening to their problems.

They are hopeless.

The Antichrist offers a solution.

The False Prophet gives them a false hope.

Let us use the examples the Bible gives us to learn from.

What does the Lord say?

Heb 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
Heb 8:9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
Heb 8:11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
Heb 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
Heb 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

Heb 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
Heb 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
Heb 10:18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
Heb 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
Heb 10:20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
Heb 10:21 And having an high priest over the house of God;
Heb 10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

Eph_1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

What we know is, that the Satan will have his own seal and his own method to seal his followers.

All those that deny Jehovah God. All those that deny the Lord Jesus Christ!

They will certainly have a corrupt mind!

What did God see in the time of Noah?

Gen_6:12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

What did Moses say?

Deu_31:29 For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.

Notice that phrase (in the work of your hands).

The Psalmist:

Psa_38:5 My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness.

Psa_53:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

Psa_73:8 They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily.

What do evil men do? King Nebuchadnezzar.

Dan_2:9 But if ye will not make known unto me the dream, there is but one decree for you: for ye have prepared lying and corrupt words to speak before me, till the time be changed: therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye can shew me the interpretation thereof.

(Notice they prepare lying and corrupt words to speak to each other)

What do we have to do to be Born Again?

Eph 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
Eph 4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
Eph 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Eph 4:25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
Eph 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
Eph 4:27 Neither give place to the devil.

Who were the men who defied Moses?

2Ti_3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

What is sure is these evil and wicked people who are already this way must at this time dedicate the work of their hands to the Devil, the Antichrist.

Remember they must fall down and worship this idol. This animated structure of the Antichrist.

Their corrupted minds will be even more corrupted and everything they do will now be dedicated to the Antichrist, Satan in the flesh.

In reality it may be some mark, some chip, some card, or something else entirely.

They will not be able to buy or sell without this mark!

*Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

We know by numbers that man’s number is six.

Man when born is already evil!

Job_14:1 Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble.

Psa 51:4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
Psa 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Psa 39:4 LORD, make me to know mine end, and the measure of my days, what it is; that I may know how frail I am.
Psa 39:5 Behold, thou hast made my days as an handbreadth; and mine age is as nothing before thee: verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. Selah.

These wicked and evil, and corrupt men and women who take the mark, the seal of the beast, will be at least three times more evil and wicked, and corrupt than any other corrupt human being!

The wicked have chosen the Antichrist, Satan in the flesh and received his seal of approval.

The Jews have rejected the Antichrist.

Many that have accepted the words of the 144000 evangelists, are in Heaven because they were slain.

Many who also accepted the Word of God are in hiding, trying to protect themselves and their families.

The two witnesses are slain and have risen from that death and back in Heaven.

The Lord Jesus Christ is ready to receive those 144000 evangelists into Heaven not one harmed by Satan.

The Lord Jesus is prepared to return!

The Two Witnesses

Book of Revelation Chapter 11 Verses 1 through 14

We should understand that we are still in that interval between the sounding of the sixth and seventh trumpet and all these things are part of the seventh seal.

This is a very interesting chapter in the Book of Revelation!

Many people have questions about the Temple whether it will be rebuilt or not a third time and maybe even a fourth time. Part of those questions will be answered here in this chapter.

Much talk has been said about the two witnesses that appear in this chapter and we will learn some more about these things.

Many questions about Jerusalem whether it will be over run again, and we will seek these answers.

The truth remains by the time the Seven Years of Tribulation has reached this point, it will be that time of the Great Tribulation and circumstances will be even more terrible for all people, but the poor and the Jews will suffer the most during this time.

We should understand that the poor are that silent group of forgotten people in all tragedies that occur upon this earth.

The Lord said the poor would always be with us. Why? Because of covetousness of those who already have more than they will ever need!

Most all others will have sided with the Antichrist and they are completely deceived and headed quickly to their eternal destiny in the Burning Lake of Fire.

The Book of Revelation is a Book of Destiny, because it is a Book of Truth, the truth of the Living God who has said many times that “vengeance” belonged to Him.

Deu_32:41 If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.

Isa_61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

Eze_25:17 And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.

Nah_1:2 God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.

Luk_21:22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.

Rom_12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Jud_1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

2Th 1:6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;
2Th 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
2Th 1:10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

Is there anyone who does not believe that the Lord will repay His enemies for all the things they have done against Him?

Is there anyone else who wants to stand up and call Jehovah God a liar and get on this list?

Is there anyone else who wants to ignore the Blood that Jesus, shed on Mount Calvary, so that each believer could escape this terrible day.

As the Holy Spirit says: One woe has passed, and a second woe is revealed to us.

*Rev 11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

Will there be a third Temple? If there were not a third Temple, then John would not be given a rod to measure it!

The Temple of Solomon was destroyed by King Nebuchadnezzar.

The Temple of Herod was destroyed in 70 A. D. by Titus.

There has been no Jewish Temple since that time.

Again I ask, will there be a third Temple, that answer is yes!

We know from prophesy that in the beginning of the Seven Years of Tribulation, the Antichrist will present a peace deal that will allow a third Temple to be built upon the Temple Mount that exist today.

Will the Muslim Dome of the Rock be removed? It seems that would have to take place, but some believe that there is room for both to exist.

I personally do not believe there would be room for both.

What is another proof?

2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

The “man of sin”, the Antichrist, could not sit in a Temple that did not exist!

Still another.(The image of the Beast in the Holy Place)

Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, “stand in the holy place”, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

Still, I do not believe this is the Temple as described in the Book of Ezekiel, which I believe to be the Temple of the Millennial Kingdom.

We know that Jesus, John described as a Mighty Angel, who is not an angel, but God in the flesh has proclaimed His ownership of the earth and is about to return to take control of the things upon the earth.

It is believed that in this Chapter 11, we will see the beginning of the last three and a half years of the Tribulation known as the Great Tribulation.

We will see the Gentiles, the Heathen, will make their last attempt to end the plan of God and the purpose of God, and they will fail miserably!

The court, of the Gentiles will be overrun by these “heathen” of the Antichrist!

*Rev 11:2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

The Romans have trodden down this area.
The Persians have trodden down this area.
The Turks have trodden down this area.
The followers of the Antichrist will have also trodden down this area.

These are the “heathen” of the Scriptures. The Gentiles.

It is very possible that everything the Jews have rebuilt during this time will be destroyed again.

This time of the Gentiles will come to the true end when Jesus returns with His Heavenly Hosts and all the Saints that are in Heaven.

We will see these things when we get to Chapter 19.

We should understand that all the prophets of the Old Testament were also preachers of the Word of God that was revealed to them by God the Holy Spirit.

John was told he would prophesy again and we know that after he had written the Book of Revelation, he was released from the Isle of Patmos and went about preaching the Word of God and we know that his main message was about the God of Love.

The greatest message our Heavenly Father still has today, is His message of “Love” through and by the Lord Jesus Christ!

God had set Israel aside for many reasons but especially for what they said to Pilate.

Mat_27:25 Then answered all the people, and said, “His blood be on us, and on our children”.

These words should never have been used and that generation perished, and the Hebrew children suffered through many, many years, and in reality, still suffer for this thing done by their elders.

The truth of our Heavenly Father is that He will never break a promise and it was time to fulfill that promise.

The Jews would be saved out of the Great Tribulation!

These things begin with the promise fulfilled of the two witnesses.

After all, it would take two witnesses of the truth before God would bring vengeance and death to so many.

Deu 17:6 At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death.

Because of this, we should pretty much know what the message of these two men is about.

They will do what witnesses do!

God does not ever change the way He operates just because the world does. He will always follow His written Word He has given to us!

*Rev 11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Rev 11:4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

We should clearly understand that Jehovah will not ever forsake the Jews!

They will be given another opportunity to accept the Lord Jesus Christ and this they must do.

God will never altar His salvation plan, no matter what liberal preachers preach and what other religions believe!

Remember they have been spiritually blinded, and those blinded eyes will be opened!

2Co 3:12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:
2Co 3:13 And not as Moses, which put a vail over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:
2Co 3:14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
2Co 3:15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
2Co 3:16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
2Co 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
2Co 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

These two witnesses will open the blinded eyes of Israel at the beginning of the Great Tribulation which will last for three and a half years. The last part of the seven-year Tribulation Period.

These are two men. They are not two systems. They are not two churches. They prophesy! They Preach!

The Prophet Zechariah has told us some things of these two witnesses.

Zec 4:11 Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?
Zec 4:12 And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?
Zec 4:13 And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.
Zec 4:14 Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.

Just as Zerubbabel and Joshua held unique and vital positions in the history of the Jewish people, so will these two witnesses of Revelation.

Zerubbabel represented the royal line of Jesus Christ.

Joshua represented the priestly line of Jesus Christ.

These two witnesses will present the reasons for God’s wrath by presenting the evidence of murder and slaughter of God’s people.

So who are these two witnesses in the Book of Revelation?

In all probability one of these two will be Elijah.

Elijah had the power to stop rain for three years and six months as he demonstrated to King Ahab.

1Ki 17:1 And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.

Luk 4:25 But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;

Jas 5:17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
Jas 5:18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

Notice just as James says, this also shows the awesome power of prayer and the relationship Elijah had with Jehovah.

We also know Elijah did not see death and being true to God’s Word then this must take place as a man.

Heb_9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

It did not matter that Elijah was translated and went up to Heaven in a Chariot of Fire, he had to face death as a man.

Elijah was prophesied to return.

Mal 4:5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
Mal 4:6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

We see Elijah would return before the Great and Dreadful day of the Lord!

John the Baptist was a forerunner of the first coming of the Lord, but not the Great and Dreadful Day of the Lord.

John the Baptist did not fulfill the prophesy of Malachi!

John the Baptist even professed that he was not this Elijah.

Joh_1:21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.

I believe Elijah to be one of those two witnesses.

The second witness is a little tougher.

In reality this other man could be either Moses or Enoch.

We know that Enoch walk with the Lord right up into Heaven without seeing death and we have seen that it is appointed for each of us to see death.

Gen 5:22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
Gen 5:23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:
Gen 5:24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.

Heb_11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

So we see Enoch did not see death and Enoch was a great witness for faith!

Other than this we do not know much more about this great man of God.

Moses on the other hand did die and was buried by the Lord with no witnesses to his burial location.

Deu 34:5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.
Deu 34:6 And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.
Deu 34:7 And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.

It should be obvious that the Lord took the life of Moses for he could have lived longer which proves the Lord holds the power of life and death and not Satan.

We know that Moses did have the power given to him by the Lord, to turn the waters of Egypt into blood.

Moses did have the power given to him by the Lord, to cause the many plagues of Egypt, which shows his close relationship with the Almighty Living God.

Another text we could look at is about that word witnesses.

Mat 17:1 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
Mat 17:2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
Mat 17:3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.

Luk 9:28 And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray.
Luk 9:29 And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering.
Luk 9:30 And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias:
Luk 9:31 Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.

Mar 9:2 And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them.
Mar 9:3 And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them.
Mar 9:4 And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus.
.
There was no doubt that it was Elijah and Moses that met with the Lord before His crucifixion.

The most evidence points toward Moses but there are also many reasons this other man could be Enoch.

The fact of the matter is it could be anyone sent down from Heaven, but in reality, it should be two people the Jews would recognize the most.

According to the Book of Malachi I believe I lean toward Elijah and Moses.

The Civil Ruler (Moses) and the Priest (Elijah).

For a period of time they cannot be hurt by the evil of the Great Tribulation.

*Rev 11:5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
Rev 11:6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

Obviously, this fire from their mouth could be real fire, but it can also be the truth of God.

Jer 5:14 Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.

In a world that has only heard watered down preaching and false teaching, the truth of God will burn!

All those who reject the Word of God, that will burn into your heart if you allow the Holy Spirit to do His work, but all those who reject the truth of God will die by fire, the Burning Lake of Fire.

Rev_19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

This is also a specialty of the Prophet Elijah.

2Ki 1:10 And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, If I be a man of God, then let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And there came down fire from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.

These two witnesses of the Lord may be challenged greatly, but for a set period of time they will just preach the Word of God into the ears of Jews who have been blind to the truth of God.

It will already be terrible upon the earth as we have been learning from the Scriptures, but no matter what good is promised by the Antichrist, these two witnesses can stop the rain.
They can turn the water to blood.
They can send plagues around the world and we have seen what a plague like this virus, Covid 19 can do to the world in a matter of days.

And for a period of time that only the Lord knows maybe three and a half years, they can do this as often as they wish to get the attention of the Jewish people and any others who are listening!

No one can go against the Lord and win, but the Lord’s plan must continue so the Antichrist will be allowed to claim a false victory for a few days.

*Rev 11:7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

Notice that very first phrase “and when they have finished their testimony”. Not before, not during, but after they had completed the work God had given them to do.

Do you know that this is the same for every child of God! As Christians, our life is in the hands of the Lord, and no virus, no war, and no Antichrist can change that fact until the Lord is ready for us to come home!

For these two, the “Beast”, the Antichrist has no power over them until God allows it and the Lord has a little surprise even for this occurrence.

These two men of God who had so much supernatural power from God will be overcome by some wicked, evil, man who will also show some supernatural power just as the wicked wise men, and the sorcerers, and magicians, of Pharaoh.

Exo 7:10 And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.
Exo 7:11 Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments.
Exo 7:12 For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods.

Notice these men of Pharaoh had a false power that was overcome by Jehovah and it will be the same for the Antichrist, The Beast.

These two witnesses preached “blood and water” as Jesus shed on Mount Calvary.

Notice they are described as the two Olive Trees. It is from the olive from which the oil for the lamps in the Temple were supplied. To the Church it is the “oil of Grace”.

God’s message never changes! The message of the “Cross” is the message of salvation throughout eternity!

They were dressed in humility, but they still showed the power of God.

To be humble is to have you physical and spiritual power under control, in fact given over to God’s use!

Even with all the bad things going on throughout the world, God’s message of “Grace” was still rejected by most, but that message as we will see later, had a profound message to the Jews.

We must always keep in mind that the Church is in Heaven at this time.

Some souls have been saved, but this is the time of Jacob’s Trouble and Jehovah is dealing with the Hebrew people, the Jews, in the process of fulfilling the promises He made to King David, yet they first had to accept the Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ is God’s provision for “Grace” and the cause of His great “Mercy”!

Until Satan is totally removed, and he will be totally and eternally removed, he will have what seem to be little victories, which are still fueled by deception.

Satan in reality knows he is a loser and he wants to take as many of God’s creation with him as he can, because of his great hatred for Jehovah the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord allowed these two “witnesses to be murdered” and the Beast claimed the victory and what happens next will show the mentality of the people that remained upon the earth.

It will also show that technology had to be progressed at least to the level we have today for all these things to take place.

You would have thought it was our commercialized, celebration for Christmas, happening for the murder of God’s people.

*Rev 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
Rev 11:9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
Rev 11:10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

It is this Scripture that tells us exactly where these two “Witnesses of God” were witnessing.

They were in Jerusalem, where Jesus was crucified.

Look at some of the titles.

Spiritually called Sodom. Because of the wicked character of the people of the world at that time. A wicked and immoral people who worship themselves, and power, and riches, among other things.

All the things of Sodom and those surrounding cities were an abomination to Jehovah!

Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Rom 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Rom 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Rom 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Rom 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Rom 1:30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Rom 1:31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

These are the people who are left upon the earth, after the “Rapture of the Church”

Spiritually called Egypt. Because of the way they remembered Egypt when the Lord had told them put all that behind them.

Eze 23:1 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,
Eze 23:2 Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother:
Eze 23:3 And they committed whoredoms in Egypt; they committed whoredoms in their youth: there were their breasts pressed, and there they bruised the teats of their virginity.
Eze 23:4 And the names of them were Aholah the elder, and Aholibah her sister: and they were mine, and they bare sons and daughters. Thus were their names; Samaria is Aholah, and Jerusalem Aholibah.

Eze 23:8 Neither left she her whoredoms brought from Egypt: for in her youth they lay with her, and they bruised the breasts of her virginity, and poured their whoredom upon her.

Eze 23:19 Yet she multiplied her whoredoms, in calling to remembrance the days of her youth, wherein she had played the harlot in the land of Egypt.

These are the types of people left upon the earth, after the “Rapture of the Church”.

The bodies of these two men were left lying in the street. No one cared enough to even bury them.

They were left in the middle of Jerusalem as carnage for the vultures and wild animals.

They remained in the street for three and a half days but during this time there were great celebrations.

There was great rejoicing over their death.

I do not know how many of you have noticed, but there are many today just begging for this virus to attack our President Trump and our Vice-president Pence and that they die from it.

They do not hesitate to print and say things when someone of the inner circle of advisors test positive for this virus. They wish for this man to die so that he cannot be president four more years.

This is the hatred that has taken over our nation and the hatred that carries over to the Church and the hatred during the Tribulation Period, when this hatred will be focused upon the Jewish people in the part called the Great Tribulation only it will be even greatly multiplied.

The made merry.
They sent gifts to one another.

They claimed that these two men tormented them, but they only came to send a message.

They only came armed with words until they were threatened. Then they showed supernatural power.

They offered one last opportunity to repent before the Lord Jesus would return in Judgment and “WRATH”.

It was only torment because they rejected the truth!

They had the power to protect themselves from those same people who would have caused them harm before they had finished their message from the Lord!

These things would last only three and a half days.

You see today we have that technology for the world to witness all these things as they take place. With phones and live streaming. With TV powered by satellite broadcast to see the things of the world as they happen.

This time of the Book of Revelation could not have happened earlier than in our day when things that happen around the world are seen live the same day it takes place and the death of these Two Witnesses of Jehovah would be big news.

CNN and their sister fake news sources would have a field day announcing these things live.

But the Lord never ceases to amaze me!

All the merry making, and the great parties, and the big news would all amount to a great awakening for all the world that remained.

Because they two humans who came with the message of God, the God of love who would become the God of “wrath” because He was through repenting!

*Rev 11:11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.

You see life and death are in the hands of the Lord Jesus Christ!

The Spirit of Life enters back into these two bodies that had laid where they were murdered for preaching the message of God.

Two men who had great power from God who only used that power when they were attacked, which means as Christians we can defend ourselves. We are not here to be floor mats for the world.

1Ti_5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

There was no reason for their death just like there is never a good reason to murder someone for telling others of God’s plan of salvation and judgment, but this was the Great Tribulation.

People do not want the truth when it differs from their own principles!

They were two witnesses because God would not allow judgment to fall on anyone who was innocent. He never will!

They gave the last warning before Jehovah’s judgment on all unbelievers.

And another promise was fulfilled.

Even these two men, sent of God would not be caught up in that “Judgment”!

*Rev 11:12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
Rev 11:13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.

Again, the Lord never ceases to amaze me.

After these Two Witnesses have proclaimed their message for maybe all of those three and a half years of the Great Tribulation, they will be murdered but the Antichrist had to show his true self to the world before this happens.

Much of the world had been deceived by him and the rest of the world were already his worshipers.

Many things considered to be supernatural will have been witnessed on both sides and it will seem that the Antichrist will have come out on top and all that celebration began like it was the grandest thing to silence the messengers of God.

The Lord after three and a half days just calls His Two Witnesses to come back home.

This is where many believe that one of these men are Elijah and the other Enoch, two men that did not see death in the Bible times.

These things are not worth an argument as they have nothing to do with the Church nor the salvation plan of God.

When the Lord says “Come”, He has already made a way. He has already built the bridge.

All the world will hear this voice, but I believe the Lord will use their names, just as He did Lazarus!

The world comes to a complete standstill because cameras had been watching these two. It was the six oclock object of laughing and ridicule.

All of a sudden, they came alive to live ever more and the entire world watched as they returned to Heaven and all of a sudden, the parties ceased, and joy will become fear.

All of a sudden, the truth will begin to sink in, but it will be too late.

All of a sudden, certain followers of the Antichrist became non-followers.

This was the signal that the Lord was on His way for “Judgment”.

The Lord Jesus has said, when He returns, He would come quickly!

These two witnesses had given the entire world the last warning from a very patient God!

2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
2Pe 3:11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
2Pe 3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Instantly the first signs of His return will begin to happen.

A great earthquake and a tenth part of the City of Jerusalem falls which included seven thousand men and most likely all their families and possessions.

The remainder of the city turned to Jehovah but only because of true fear!

For the Church we need to understand the Lord could return to get His church at any moment.

Only the Lord has the life and therefore the death of each person in His hands.

No one knows what tomorrow with bring. The proof is this virus that is raging today.

If the Holy Spirit has been working on you, now is the time to give in to Him. Remember what the Lord said:

Gen_6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man,

They gave glory to God this did not mean they gave their heart to Jesus!

What did all these things mean?

Everything on earth that was already terrible, was about to get much, much worse!

*Rev 11:14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.

The Judgment of God The Seven Trumpets

The Seventh Seal; the Trumpet Judgments

Book of Revelation Chapters 8 and 9

In our last lesson there had been a small break between the sixth seal and the seventh seal and 144,000 Evangelist from the children of Israel, 12,000 from each tribe had been selected and sealed in the name of the Lord.

We next see that a number of people had accepted the truth of Jesus Christ. This number was a very large number of people, but we see them in Heaven which meant that they did not live very long after their salvation experience.

The earth was in total turmoil as it was the last three and a half years of the Tribulation which is called the Great Tribulation.

Things were terrible, and very terrible for anyone who rejected the Antichrist.

We will see in a later lesson that all of those 144,000 did live until these things were over.

Now we will see that God’s “Judgment” will begin upon all those who rejected the Lamb of God.

The Saints of God were washed in the Blood of the Lamb.

With the seventh seal which contained the seven trumpets, those who remain, besides those 144,000, would see more blood than they could ever have imagined, but it would be their own blood that had no power except to cleanse the earth of wickedness.

There had been singing and rejoicing in Heaven for those who had come home, but now all singing and rejoicing would stop and there was a great silence.

Heaven is not a silent place it is a place of rejoicing but not for this moment.

Zec 2:13 Be silent, O all flesh, before the LORD: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation.

Heaven is never in joy over the “Judgment of God”!

All the signs of the Lord’s Second Coming are being fulfilled.

*Rev 8:1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
Rev 8:2 And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.

These angels did not have these trumpets, these seven trumpets were given to seven angels and they took up their positions.

Whenever God calls us to His service, He will provide the tools we need for that service, just as He did these seven angels!

The trumpets of the Jews had many meanings.

1) The call to war
2) The call to worship
3) The call to convocation (Political and legal matters were settled)
4) The call to proclaim the festivals.

Amo 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Amo 3:7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

What were these seven trumpets about?

Zep 1:14 The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly.
Zep 1:15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,
Zep 1:16 A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.
Zep 1:17 And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: “and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung”.

It will be a terrible time for those who remain upon this earth. Those who die and those who will live through it.

Now, there was silence in Heaven for about a thirty-minute time as on the earth. There is no time in Heaven. Heaven is a place of eternity and endless life.

John still lived in his own time.

*Rev 8:6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.
Rev 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

We see that once we are called and God provides the tools for the work He has given us to do, then there must be a time of preparation.

These angels had to prepare themselves for the “Trumpet Judgments”.

Yes, the “Trumpet Judgments” are the judgments contained in the “Seventh Seal”!

Before we go further, we had better realize that we must take these things just as they are written.

There was no confusion on John’s part, and we must not spiritualize these Scriptures!

There is proof upon this earth that these things have happened before on a smaller scale.

We had better not doubt the God of truth, but even in all these things we will still see God’s “Mercy”!

Joe 2:30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
Joe 2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.

You see, the Lord will return to this earth so He only took a third part of the trees and a third part of the grasses and yes these would the edible fruits and wheat and grasses for those who will live through these things.

The Lord means business and there is a lesson here for the Church, not for the lost.

The Bible was not written for the lost! The Bible is written for the saved!

Those who are lost cannot understand the Word of God because of the need of the Holy Spirit, so the Word of God can speak to us and do not make some big deal out of this, it is just the truth!

The first trumpet brought hail and fire mingled with blood.

This means hail with lightening so terrible that they bring destruction and death.

We have an example:

Exo 9:23 And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt.
Exo 9:24 So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.

At this time of Moses, God did not bring the death that will come in this time of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

God said we would see these things again and God never lies!

Jer 23:7 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;
Jer 23:8 But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.

The seven years of Tribulation is the “judgment” of non-believers, but it is also to get the Jews to see the truth of the Power of Jehovah and the Coming of the Messiah.

So there will be great destruction and there will be great death! There will be blood, blood, and more blood.

This world does not believe in the salvation power of the blood of Jesus, so they will see blood!

The second trumpet sounds.

*Rev 8:8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;
Rev 8:9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

As the first trumpet when it sounded it affected the land, the second trumpet sounding affects the Sea!

This great mountain could be a volcano and probably is.

In his 100-year lifetime, we would think John had seen a volcano somewhere in his travels. It is a volcano but then it blasted apart as it exploded like none that he had ever seen.

Some suggest that it is possibly a huge meteor, ablaze with fire as it burnt through the earth’s orbit and blasted into a mountain near the Sea.

Some people do not believe in waters turning to blood, but this is a regular occurrence in Australia that is said to be caused by a red, algae.

It happens also in the waters near Florida.

Blood red waters have appeared on the coast of China which was blamed on illegal dumping and there are other places where the waters of the Seas have turned blood red but not on the scale as it will be when this trumpet sounds.

We also see red in our own drinking water in many places. It is those pink stains in our sinks and drains and this is because of Iron Ferrous in our water supplies.

In this vision of John, the impact of this mountain destroyed a third of the ships and there was the blood of men spilled into the Seas and the lakes and the streams.

These ships could very well be ships involved in the war on Israel or at least in the war of the Antichrist upon mankind.

In this same occurrence that destroyed a third part of all sea creatures and their blood was also mingled in the water.

We should just believe the water will turn blood red and not doubt the Word of God!

This was a terrible thing and of course this also caused a loss of some of the world’s food supply.

There are blood red waters in the Bible and John was familiar with them.

Exo 7:17 Thus saith the LORD, In this thou shalt know that I am the LORD: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.
Exo 7:18 And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Egyptians shall lothe to drink of the water of the river.
Exo 7:19 And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.
Exo 7:20 And Moses and Aaron did so, as the LORD commanded; and he lifted up the rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight of Pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood.
Exo 7:21 And the fish that was in the river died; and the river stank, and the Egyptians could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt.

John was also familiar with the words from Jeremiah, where similar words were used of Babylon.

Jer 51:24 And I will render unto Babylon and to all the inhabitants of Chaldea all their evil that they have done in Zion in your sight, saith the LORD.
Jer 51:25 Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain.

Babylon, in the Book of Revelation, is the worldly systems put in place by the Antichrist.

The financial system and the religious system.

In either case, we as the Church will not be involved in any part of these things and we are certainly not to have any fear.

Psa 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Psa 46:2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
Psa 46:3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

It is just best to take the Word of God as it is written!

While we are on this subject of just believing the promises of the Lord, let me mention that a lot is being said about some shot or some injection what will heal this virus that is plaguing our world today. Some are comparing to the “mark of the Beast”.

Just so we understand. As true Christians, we cannot lose our salvation. Nothing and no one can remove us from the hand of the Lord, not even ourselves!

Joh 10:25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.
Joh 10:26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
Joh 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Joh 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
Joh 10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.
Joh 10:30 I and my Father are one.

So, if someone comes up with a working solution to end this plague in the form of a shot or injection or even a pill, we do not have to be afraid of it. In fact if it happens then the Lord allowed it and He would expect us to do whatever it takes to protect our families.

1Ti_5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

The Lord will never go back on His Word and we need the “faith” to accept all the Word of God!

Now after the Church is in Heaven these things could have an entirely different meaning!

The third trumpet sounds.

*Rev 8:10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;
Rev 8:11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

We see shooting stars very often today. There are also Comets making their lonesome orbits through the galaxies and they are also wonderful to see.

On this day at least one of them did not miss this place called earth and will make deadly contact.

Wormwood in the Old Testament is a sign of bitter calamity and sorrow, and this certainly describes life in the time of the Great Tribulation!

Jer 9:13 And the LORD saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein;
Jer 9:14 But have walked after the imagination of their own heart, and after Baalim, which their fathers taught them:
Jer 9:15 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink.

Drinking water will be scarce in many places and much of the drinking water will be poisoned by the Antichrist in his attempt to control the population, and many will die for lack of water. The average persons can only go two or three days without water.

This is a reminder of what was offered to Jesus. Remember the Book of Revelation is about the reveling of Jesus Christ.

Why should we expect to be treated any better than the world has treated Jesus?

Mat 27:34 They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink.

Jesus would not drink poison when He was dying. Alcohol is poison!

Will you drink the waters laced with wormwood when you are dying during these days of the Great Tribulation?

I will not be here! This should also be your answer!

The fourth trumpet sounds.

*Rev 8:12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

We should understand that everyone who is living during the time of the Great Tribulation are there because they chose to be there!

They all had an opportunity to be in Heaven, but they rejected the Lord Jesus Christ, the only way to get into God’s Heaven.

They would not give up their sin!

What we should understand is that for a third part of the world, they could not see the sun, they could not see the moon, they could not even see the nighttime sky!

They were placed in total darkness!

We can only imagine the things going on around them that caused this thing to happen.

What had Jesus said?

Luk 21:25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
Luk 21:26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

This is also similar to the plague of Egypt.

Exo 10:21 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt.
Exo 10:22 And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days:
Exo 10:23 They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.

Notice that just as in this day of Moses. God allowed the darkness to be only in a certain area and God’s people still had light.

Two thirds of the world would still have the light of the Sun and the Moon and the nighttime sky.

We should not doubt what people were in darkness and those who had light!

In fact we could say that this darkness will be so dark that it can be felt. The world of today is not aware of true darkness because of the lights that are on in darkness!

Exo_10:21 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt.

Then came the announcement that things were only going to get worse.

*Rev 8:13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

There are three “woes”, a woe for each of the trumpets that remain.

Things never get better during the “Great Tribulation”!

That word “Holocaust” has been used and certainly Hitler’s destruction of the Jews was a true holocaust. There are some things going on in Africa, and Syria, and maybe a few other places that might be called a holocaust by Christians, but none of these things will compare to those last three years of the “Great Tribulation”!

The Antichrist has assumed rule of this world and he is showing his true side!

He has demanded total allegiance!

He will demand that all people focus on his government.

Never a government has ever existed that were as deceptive and as cruel as his government! Yet there are so many people today that just cannot wait till there is a One World government where the rights of people will be non-existent!

We can compare it somewhat to some of those “want to be” Antichrist that have come before him.

1Jn_2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Throughout the centuries there have been antichrist in place as rulers as the Caesars, Hitler just to name a couple.

With them came war and death and all the atrocities of war.

It will be much worse when this last but true Antichrist is on the scene and ruler of this world! The ruler of the One World government.

He was welcomed with open arms because of his deception but he can only be what he is, “the duplicate of the Devil”!

The first four trumpets brought devastation to the earth.

The last three trumpets will bring devastation to the people of the earth!

God will judge the ungodly and the evil and not those who trust in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Woe, Woe, Woe, to the inhabitants of the earth.

****Rev 9:1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
Rev 9:2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
Rev 9:3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
Rev 9:4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

As we read, we see that John saw a “star” fall to the earth, but it was not an actual star it was a being, it was a person, or it was an angel.

It is in fact an angelic being for no human being has this capability!

This angelic being has the key to the bottomless pit.

We would be foolish to believe that God would give any keys to Satan.

This same angel comes later to bind Satan.

Rev 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
Rev 20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

We here of a lot of things about Hell and the Burning Lake of Fire and how hot and horrible it is.

We read of the rich man from the Book of Luke is in Hell in torments and he would welcome just one drop of water from a beggar that he despised, just to cool his tongue for a moment.

Hell is a terrible place.

Here we read that Hell is a bottomless pit.

I do not know how many have ever had that dream of falling and then wake up knowing how terrible it was and is more than a dream but a nightmare.

I cannot imagine how terrible it would be to continuously be falling throughout eternity it takes be back to another place in the Scriptures.

Num 16:28 And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind.
Num 16:29 If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me.
Num 16:30 But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.
Num 16:31 And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them:
Num 16:32 And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.
Num 16:33 They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.
Num 16:34 And all Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them: for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up also.

I can only imagine that these are still falling in this bottomless pit, which is very possible with the rotation of the earth.

You fall and fall and then you fall some more the bottom always being out of reach!

Another thing we see that when this pit is opened there was smoke as a furnace.

Does anyone believe this pit of Hell is not a fiery furnace just so miserably hot that it cooks and cooks and then, cooks some more.

It does not cause death because it is our Holy Father and His Son Jesus who by having life also hold the power of death!

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Joh 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

Hell is a terrible place and then the Burning Lake of Fire and a Bottomless Pit.

Some say this bottomless pit is the home of the Fallen Angels or wicked and evil demons.

Not only does this place house those that have rejected the truth of God, but there are terrible things also in this pit.

Locusts with the power of a scorpion.

Locusts crave grass and all green things, but God will not allow them to eat these things. I do not think they will be very happy about it.

You can call this foolishness if you so choose, but locusts are real, and they destroy crops every year in many places upon this earth.

These are different in they will attack humans because they have no food, but not all humans. They will not attack those 144,000 Jews that have God’s seal of approval!

*Rev 9:5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
Rev 9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

The scorpion looks somewhat like a miniature lobster. They have a very active tail, with six joints which ends with a crooked point like a claw.

They are carnivorous in their habits. In that claw or stinger there is a gland which discharges a poisonous fluid and it makes a painful wound in humans and animals which can have fatal results in some species and in some people.

This scorpion mentioned here will not cause death, but it will cause a pain so terrible you will wish you were dead!

Locusts travel in swarms, so they are more likely to cause multiple stings upon each and every human and all the animals that remain.

These things will be so bad that the world will seek to die, but God holds the power of life and death and He will not allow them to die, but suffer through this terrible thing for five months which is about the life span of a grass hopper today.

What we can believe is that God will not allow anyone to die during this five-month period.

They will not even be able to commit suicide, though they may even try and make their own matters even worse.

These will be terrible looking things but let us look at another prophesy.

Joe 2:4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
Joe 2:5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.
Joe 2:6 Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.
Joe 2:7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:
Joe 2:8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.
Joe 2:9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.
Joe 2:10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:

We know that horses cannot fly nor can they climb walls, but these creatures in this passage would be able to.

We also know this as the Day of the Lord in the Book of Revelation.

Joe 2:11 And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

These things have a king, which locusts, do not have.

Pro 30:27 The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands;

Nowhere in the Scriptures is Satan called Abaddon nor Apollyon so this king must not be Satan.

In reality those who are alive may now see the wicked demons who have been at work but never seen all these years!

These will be terrible days for all those who wear or carry the mark of the beast!

*Rev 9:12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.
Rev 9:13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
Rev 9:14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
Rev 9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.

As we can see, more “woes” lie ahead for all those who rejected the Lord Jesus Christ by their own choice.

The patience of the Lord has reached its peak. He will no longer hold back “Judgment” on all unbelievers.

Eze 18:32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.

Eze 3:11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

Heb 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

It is our Mediator, the Lord Jesus Christ who stands at this golden altar.

He is our Legal Advocate. He is our Supreme Head of life.

This Golden Altar is in fact a “type of Calvary” where our Savior bled and died. Those horns represent the power of the blood!

Those who were about to die would shed their own blood because they rejected the power of the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

1Jn 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
1Jn 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
1Jn 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

It is those who kept not the commandment of the Lord who remain upon this earth, and most of them were about to die.

We cannot bypass Calvary in our search for life!
We cannot bypass the washing of water by the Word of God!
We cannot forego the Living Bread at the table of our Lord and Savior!
We cannot bypass our Intercessor as these that remain on earth are trying to do!

It is our Intercessor who cries out from the Golden Altar to the sixth angel!

These people had witnessed the Church.

Heb 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
Heb 10:20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
Heb 10:21 And having an high priest over the house of God;
Heb 10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
Heb 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
Heb 10:24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Heb 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Now they would witness the Judgment of the Lord.

There are many thoughts about these angels, and they were bound which seemed to make them fallen angels that Satan has prepared for this specific day.

Let us take another look.

They were bound near the River Euphrates which is the most probable location of the Garden of Eden.

This is the location of where Satan caused the first sin of man.

This is the place where because of sin, death came to all humans.

This is the place where God himself placed His Cherubim to protect the way to the tree of life.

Gen 3:24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

It is my opinion that it is these angels who have been bound at this place all these years defending the way to the tree of life, and it is who they have been prepared for this specific day!

The number of them being four because of the four directions, North, South, East, and West.

When released, they will slay a third part of the men left upon this earth during the Great Tribulation. They will never be able to reach the tree of life!

Remember one fourth of those that remained had already been killed and that leaves three fourths.

This would mean that almost half of the population of this planet would already be dead!

Today there are near 8 billion (7.8 Billion) people upon this planet.

What was the number of those who would be slain?

*Rev 9:16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
Rev 9:17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
Rev 9:18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
Rev 9:19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.

These four angels will use the Devil’s own cavalry, a vast invading army, to accomplish this task.

We can see that the great Tribulation is just one horror followed by an even worse horror, under the direction of Heaven but taking place by the Antichrist.

This army will appear indestructible and we can only describe them as John saw them.

What comes from them is fire and brimstone and fire is a great destructor which goes on until its fuel goes out and is accelerated by the winds of doom.

Psa 11:4 The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
Psa 11:5 The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
Psa 11:6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
Psa 11:7 For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.

We know that John did his best to describe these evil army that I believe describes our modern warfare machinery, but it could still be in our future.

No doubt a horrible time will be this Great Tribulation where half of the world has already died.

Still let us listen to those who were not killed and notice who they are.

*Rev 9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

These are the elite. These are the ones closest to the Antichrist. These are the ones who have allowed the others to be on the front lines.

With half of the world that remained they became even more angry at Jehovah, the Lord Jesus Christ, and more attached to the Antichrist.

They had so many gods, one for each of their miseries, but none seemed to be working, but they clanged to them hoping one would have some power to stop the Lion of the tribe of Juda, but He will prevail!

Notice there is no mention of any righteous because there are none at this time upon the earth, only the unrighteous remain!

There also no mentioned of any saved because we cannot be saved on our terms but only on the Lord’s terms.

This was the time to say, “Lord I give up” but the Lord would not have allowed that!

It is always a good time to repent but these still refused to repent!

Noticed they worshiped devils.
They worshiped gold.
They worshiped silver.
They worshiped brass.
They worshiped stone their great structures.
They worshiped wood their great homes.

None of these could see their problems.
None of these could hear their prayers.
None of these could walk over to help them even as they reached out to them for help.

You see you must be broken to receive the Lord. Your pride must be non-existent.

Broken soil produces crops.
Broken clouds give us rain.
Broken grain gives us bread.
Breaking the bread gives us strength.

It is a broken heart that the Lord can heal.
It is a bruised and broken soul that can be saved.

None of these could be broken!

They were still murderers even with murder going on all around them.
They still relished in their drugs. Yes sorceries are the use of drugs.

The English word “sorceries” comes from the Greek word “pharmakeia”

They still rejected marriage and remained open to all infidelity and immorality.

They remained thieves, taking away from those who could not protect themselves.

It was like the wild west with no sheriff.

Everyone did just what they wanted to do regardless of the harm it caused others.

The Great Tribulation will be a horrible time to be upon this earth!

Each of them was the enemy of the one closest to them!

The Lamb and the Scroll

Book of Revelation Chapter 5 Verses 1 through 14

As we continue in our study, let us review.

We have seen it is Jesus Christ who holds the candlesticks that represent all those seven Churches.

We have seen it is the Lord Jesus who holds the Pastors or, (whatever he is called by denominations), in His hand and they are responsible to Him for every message and for how they lead the church, and how they live their own lives.

We have seen the seven types of churches and somewhat how they also represent the seven Church Ages.

We are in the last of the Church Ages today!

We have seen that immediately after the last Church Age, that the Church has been called into Heaven, so most of the remaining Chapters in this great and final Book of the Bible happen after the Church has been called out of this world.

Chapter five introduces us to “the Lion of the Tribe of Juda”.

*Rev 5:1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

We should understand that the “Rapture” of the Church will have taken place.

The “Bema Seat” judgment (the Judgment Seat of Christ) has taken place and rewards for the work each Christian has done after salvation, have been issued. The question of salvation had already been answered and the Bema Seat judgment was only about rewards.

Those rewards have been tossed at the feet of our Savior as each Christian felt unworthy of any reward, but only shame for not doing more when they had the opportunity. We will all feel this way when we look upon the Lamb of God!

Then there is this book.

We should be clear that John is continuing to tell us about the scene in the throne room of God.

It is some man who divided chapter 4 from chapter 5 and added the verse numbers, which are a blessing in most cases.

As God sits upon His throne, He thrust this book outward, to see if any of the saints now fill worthy to open the book He has in His right hand.

None were! None of us are worthy even to be in Heaven!

What do we know?

The right hand is the symbol of “wisdom”.

Pro 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

The right hand is the symbol of “power”.

Job 36:5 Behold, God is mighty, and despiseth not any: he is mighty in strength and wisdom.

The right hand is the symbol of Divine operation. Our Holy God is Supreme in all His decisions!

Psa 118:16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

When Jehovah God thrust out His right hand that holds a book that He has written, then who does have the power and the knowledge to read this book.

The Bible is one of those amazing books that He has given to us and would have every Christian to have a copy of that book.

This book in His right hand is another book, a book in which we will find all the things that will happen after the Church is in Heaven and have missed out on the wrath of God.

We have heard a lot about executive orders, especially during the last two administrations and we could say maybe these things are executive orders from a Holy God who is not pleased with the actions of His own creation to rebel against Him.

Remember when the Church entered Heaven, the Antichrist was standing upon the earth with the answers to all the problems that were facing the earth in that day. A day maybe not so different as the day we have now as the world is facing a killer virus. Which by the way has many question marks!

The Angels knew that they were not worthy!

*Rev 5:2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
Rev 5:3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

John realized that this Angel that stepped forward had a voice that could be heard throughout all of Heaven and if need be throughout all God’s creation.

This Angel could not have been Jesus Christ, Angels are created beings and the Lord Jesus Christ is the Creator.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

All the Angels in Heaven are mighty Angels. This Angel could be the Angel Gabriel who is known in the Scriptures as an Archangel who stands in the presence of God or some other Angel whose name we do not know.

Luk 1:19 And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings.

Some believe that Gabriel is the Trump of God, as do I!

What did this Strong Angel proclaim? It was a simple question but a question that only One person could answer.

” Who is worthy to open the Book that was projecting from the throne of God, which also had been sealed by our Heavenly Father”?

What did John realize?

There was no one in Heaven and no one upon this earth that is worthy to break the seals God had placed upon this book!

Sealing a document was equivalent to the signature of the Owner of that seal.

There were certainly one upon this earth worthy!

Rom 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Rom 3:11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

Not one of the “Redeemed” would claim to be worthy.

Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Rom 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Our worthiness comes only by Jesus Christ!

No Angel would even attempt to reach for this Book without the express permission of our Heavenly Father!

It did not take long to search in Heaven because all the Saints were still at the foot of the throne on their faces before God.
It did not take long to search on earth because all the Saints of God were in Heaven and no one left behind were worthy.

All these things caused the Apostle John to weep because he knew he was certainly unworthy to open this Book nor was he worthy to look upon this Book.

John knew what was happening to the Church that was still physically upon this earth and he knew they needed to understand what was written in this Book.

John understood he was having a vision of the future of the Church.

With all the persecution of the Church, John was craving for answers that he felt he could only get from this book.

John knew his days were short and the Holy Scriptures for the Church was not yet complete.

Remember Daniel was not allowed to write about these things.

Dan 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

This time of increased knowledge would be also the time of the last Church Age or what we know is the Laodicean Church Age, which we are in today.

*Rev 5:4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

Not one of God’s Created beings was worthy enough to open the Book that was in God’s right hand.

One look at the throne and John saw just how much superior Our Heavenly Father is to all creation.

There was no one anywhere worthy to reveal what God had written in that book that He was offering.

Our heavenly Father wanted the things in this book to be revealed!

John was to write down everything he saw.

We could say that none of the Word of God was written without tears.

We already know that without tears not much of the Word of God can even be understood!

If this book could not be opened, then it would prove God to be false!

Rev 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, “and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter”.

You see, if this book that contained all the things that we now know was written in the Book of Revelation, (the revealing of the Lord Jesus Christ), that would happen after the Church was in Heaven, then God would have told John a lie.

John wept because of this!

Remember no one could approach God if they had sin, so no one on earth could be worthy. What did Jesus say?

Luk 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, “that ye may be accounted worthy” to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

God has no secrets about His plan of salvation!
God will never hide the truth from us!

Are there things about God’s creation that we know nothing about? Sure, but these things do not affect our relationship with our father in Heaven.

Those elders (the church) already knew the truth and as we all should do, one of those elders came to John with the truth.

You see the Book that God held was a book of destiny.

It is a book of God’s wrath.

The book is in God’s hands because it is He, who is in charge of human history and human future!

Our Heavenly Father has a plan and He will not be denied!

Many people do not like the Book of Revelation, but it will pay for all of us to study this great Book of the Bible and believe what the Word of God says!

This Book is the revealing of the Lord Jesus Christ and it is only He who sacrificed Himself to pay for our sins and who will also save the true Israel, and only He is worthy to open this Book in the hand of our Father in Heaven!

*Rev 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

When John heard these things he knew he would then see his Savior.

What do we know?

We know that Jehovah God is holding a book in His right hand.
We know that a search has been conducted all over the earth for someone worthy to open this book.
We know that a search has been conducted all over Heaven for someone worthy to open this book.
We know it was the Lord Jesus Christ who was the speaker all through the first three Chapter of this Book we now have.
We know that Chapter 4 and much of Chapter 5 describe the Throne Room of God in Heaven.
We now know that it is the Lord Jesus Christ who will explain the remainder of the Book of Revelation.

How do we know this person is Jesus Christ?

1) He is the same One spoken by Jacob:

Gen 49:9 Judah is a lion’s whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?
Gen 49:10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

This Shiloh is the Messiah.
This Shiloh is the “Lion of the tribe of Judah”.
This Shiloh will be King of the Jews.

2) He is the same One spoken by Isaiah:

Isa 11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
Isa 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
Isa 11:3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
Isa 11:4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

Isa 11:10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.

3) He is the same One spoken by Jeremiah:

Jer 23:5 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.
Jer 23:6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Jer 23:7 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;
Jer 23:8 But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.

To this day, the Jews who have the Book of Jeremiah, do not realize it is the Lord Jesus Christ who brought them back out of captivity to the rebirth of the nation of Israel, but they will soon.

Jesus has conquered everything that has been placed in His path, by being the humble Savior and Redeemer that He is, but this book that He takes out of the hands of His Father will show the world another side of our Lord, the side of “judgment”!

It is the Lord Jesus Christ who is worthy to take this book and open the seven seals of God because He is God!

So let us meet Him.

*Rev 5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

Notice He is in the midst of the throne.
Notice He is in the midst of the four beasts.
Notice this is the same exact same place as our Heavenly Father.

Rev 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the very center of everything in Heaven!

The Lord Jesus Christ is the center of everything in this world!

The Lord Jesus Christ is in the exact place to execute the offices of Prophet, Priest, and King!

He wore on His person, all the wounds which He received to take away my sin, and your sin, and all the sin of the world.

He had he appearance of a lamb that had been slain!

Because He had been sacrificed.
Because He had been buried.
Because He had raised from the dead.

He was the only One who was worthy to open up the book that had been in His Father’s Right Hand!

Opening this book would bring great joy to His own people but it would bring great terror to His enemies!

He had seven horns and seven pairs of eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the Earth.

Zec 3:6 And the angel of the LORD protested unto Joshua, saying,
Zec 3:7 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.
Zec 3:8 Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.
Zec 3:9 For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
Zec 3:10 In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree.

Zec 4:8 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Zec 4:9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.
Zec 4:10 For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

The Lord Jesus Christ was the perfect sacrifice for our sins, but He was also the only Sacrifice for our sin, making Him the only way to get into God’s New Heaven!

God’s Holy Spirit is the only Spirit that can run to and fro throughout the whole earth to provide regeneration to the believers and hold Satan to limited power as he to, goes to and fro through this earth.

Job 1:6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
Job 1:7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

2Th_2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

Satan is that mystery of iniquity who remains hidden, but who is the cause of all lies and the cause of all sin in our world, but he is also under the control of the Holy Spirit and cannot do anything without the express permission of our Savior.

So the Lord Jesus who is the absolute Power of God, takes the Book.

*Rev 5:7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
Rev 5:8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

Jesus Christ the sovereign power of all Creation, bled and died that the entire world could be saved, but sadly there are people who just do not want to be saved because they have made themselves to be little gods who think they have some power, which they do not.

There are not really any true atheists!

A true atheist would not be concerned with those who have placed their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ!

There are only Christians and antichrists! These are the only two groups of people upon this planet!

Jesus Christ is the “Supreme Intelligence” in this entire universe or a better word is cosmos.

Col 2:2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
Col 2:3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Because Jesus is sovereign, He only can take the Book in the right hand of God the Father, because He is the right hand of God the Father!

What happens when He takes the Book?

Heaven falls down on their faces in worship of Heavens Savior and Redeemer, the Almighty Living God!

The four beast whose only job is to worship God.

All those elders, the Church who are the redeemed and who know their Redeemer.

All Heaven and Earth broke loose in a song of praise.

Rev 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:
Rev 1:2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

You see once the Church is in Heaven, then will begin the wrath of God upon this earth of unbelievers.

All the prayers of the persecuted that have been saved in Heaven will be answered!

Every prayer contained in those vials are from God’s children and are like a sweet-smelling aroma in His presence.

He does not forget, not a single one!

You know what? I cannot play a single musical instrument, but on that day, I will be a “harp player” and a good one and I definitely want to sing in Heavens Choir. Not because I can sing because I cannot. I just want to praise my Lord and my God.

Then, they all began to sing a new song in Heaven.

*Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

First the song:

It would be a song that neither they nor any other had sung before.

It could be sung at this time because the redeeming work of the Lord is complete! (thou hast redeemed) We cannot sing this song until we get to God’s “New Heaven”. We know we are redeemed! We are redeemed! The Lord has just not delivered us unto His Father, which is what the “Rapture” is all about!

Presenting the Church (the Bride) to the Heavenly Father.

It would begin the unceasing worship of the redeemed for the Redeemer.

All the Old Testament prophesies of the Church are fulfilled.

All the New Testament teachings about the Church are fulfilled except the Book of Revelation!

Tit 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Tit 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Tit 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Tit 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Tit 2:15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

It would be the first moment of a never-ending life!

Second the singers:

The four beasts. They are alive and they sang.

The twenty-four elders. They are alive and they sang.

The Angels. They are alive. They cannot sing the song of the Redeemed, but they can sing praises to the Lamb of God!

The Angels finally understood the work of the Master. These Angels now know more about God than they ever had before!

There is not one dead person in Heaven and there never will be!

They praise the Lamb of God because He is worthy.
They praise the Lamb of God because He was our sacrifice.
They praise the lamb of God because He has redeemed to God the Father.
They praise the Lamb of God because he used His Own Blood.

Heb 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

Heb 9:12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

They praise the Lamb of God because He accepted any who called upon His name.

Rom 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

They praised the Lamb of God because of His amazing gifts. Remember the Bema Seat is now in the past, yet the Adopted Children of God are given great gifts and a great work.

The Lord had to die, but He could not stay dead!

After the seven years of tribulation, especially the three and a half years of the Great Tribulation, those on earth who the Lord has allowed to survive along with that remnant of the Jews will see some new rulers under the King of the Jews.

King Jesus will rule the world.
King Jesus will be King of the Jews.
King Jesus will appoint the Redeemed to be Kings and Priest as His helpers, over the nations that remain and just whatever He so chooses.

Mat 25:23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Again worthy is the Lamb. Heaven has never been a lonely place!

Heaven will never be a crowded place!

*Rev 5:11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;
Rev 5:12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

We could take that number of Angels just as it is written and it be 100 million and millions and millions more or we can accept the meaning to be an innumerable amount of Angels just as the 24 elders mean a number of Saints that are not given as it will be perfect number.

These Angels surround all the Saints of God, the Beast, and the lamb of God in the midst. They have been our protectors since we accepted the Lord as our Savior and they will continue to be our protectors throughout eternity.

They now stand equally with all the throng of Heaven.

They are not distressed or broken.
They are not divided nor do they feel betrayed.

Just like the Church they are just there to worship their God, the Lamb of God, the Lord Jesus Christ!

They have been our unseen guardians only occasionally taking on the form of a human for a reason that only the Lord knows.

They have served just because of the love for their Creator.

Notice those beasts are singing. Remember they had only one job!

Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

The whole time they were doing these things for a God who left Heaven in all His glory to come to this earth to die and then reclaim His life and return to Heaven.

They were now singing to the Lamb of God, who was standing in the midst of the throne of God. Still proof that God exist in three persons!

The Church has always known the Lord Jesus is the Almighty Living God.

And what where they all singing?

Worthy is the Lamb of God that had been slain to “redeem” His greatest creation!

Worthy is the Lamb of God who has the “power of God”.

Mat 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Worthy is the Lamb of God who possesses all the riches of Heaven.

Eph 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
Eph 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
Eph 3:10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
Eph 3:11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:
Eph 3:12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

Worthy is the Lamb of God who has all the wisdom and strength and honor!

Rom 11:33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
Rom 11:34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?
Rom 11:35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
Rom 11:36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

Worthy is the Lamb of God who possesses all the glory and blessings.

Php 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Php 2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
Php 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
Php 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Php 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
Php 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Php 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Oh, what a Savior.

*Rev 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
Rev 5:14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.

All things were made by our Savior and for our Savior. All His creation knows Him, who He is and what He stands for!

It is only the puny humans who defy Him who in reality only have the power of grass in the field!

Isa 40:3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
Isa 40:4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:
Isa 40:5 And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Isa 40:6 The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:
Isa 40:7 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass.
Isa 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

All of Heaven is concerned about the opening to the seven seals.

The Church is in Heaven.
All the Angels are in Heaven at this moment.
The beasts are still around the throne of the Lord.

At this same time, Satan is placing his false trinity in place upon this earth and the seven-year tribulation period has begun along with death and destruction and the greatest deception known to mankind.

The Wonderful Kingdom

Book of Zechariah Chapter 14

In Chapter 14 of Zechariah we will see the prophecy of Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 expanded. There is coming a time when most all the nations of this world will gather against the tiny nation of Israel. It will seem that all the prophesies of the Scriptures have failed. It will seem that Jerusalem the City of Peace, that has never seen peace, will be no more. It will seem that the Word of God has been a lie. It will seem that all hope is lost.

It will have been 7 years since the Antichrist came onto the scene and he has spent the last 3 and 1/2 years destroying everything and everyone who has challenged him.

He has most all the world behind him and he has decided he will be the true king of the world and he has set his eyes upon Jerusalem and his plan now to destroy the Jews.

The Scriptures say this is the time of Jacob’s Trouble:

Jer 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.
Jer 30:8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
Jer 30:9 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.

It will be that day that none have ever seen, the world at war but the enemy of the world will be one tiny nation, Israel, who has defied the Antichrist.

What is Armageddon?

Rev 16:14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
Rev 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
Rev 16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

The one thing that much of the world has forgotten is that the Scriptures cannot lie, and there is a God, and He is the Lord Jesus Christ. The true and Living God!

How does our Lord explain it?

*****Zec 14:1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
Zec 14:2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

We know that there have already been many wars and many battles fought before this day comes.

Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
Mat 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Mat 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
Mat 24:8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Mat 24:9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
Mat 24:10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
Mat 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
Mat 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
Mat 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Mat 24:16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Mat 24:17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
Mat 24:18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
Mat 24:19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
Mat 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
Mat 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

All these things have taken place. The “elect”, the Church has been saved from these days. The Lord promised we would not see His wrath upon us.

It is in these final days of the Great Tribulation and just when it looks like the Antichrist will be the winner, the world will meet the Lord Jesus Christ, but He will not be that humble Shepherd, He will come as King.

It is the Lord who gathered all these nations against Jerusalem.

In order for Jerusalem to be saved, all the people would have forgotten their own power, and will call upon the Lord!

2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Just as the City of Peace is falling to the enemy. Just as the enemy is stealing all they can from the Jews. Just as the women and children are falling into the hands of the enemy. Just when half the city falls into the hands of the enemy.

The Lords says half of the city will not be cut off from safety.

Rev 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
Rev 12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
Rev 12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Now I cannot explain all these things, but I do know that just when all seems lost, that is when the Lord can do His best!

*****Zec 14:3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

What do we know for sure?

The Lord will visibly appear and fight against all the nations that go against Israel and Jerusalem!

Our Lord does many things in this world, He is in control of all things that surround us, and He is not seen.

On this day the Lord God, when He steps out of Heaven, He will be seen and when He is seen, then He is the Lord Jesus Christ.

Remember He said they look upon the One they had pierced as proof.

He is the “Word of God in person”
He is King of all kings.
He is Lord of all lords.
He is also the Mightiest of all warriors!

Rev 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

He will fight as He did against the Egyptians as He protected His children and opened the Red Sea.

He will fight as He did when He led Joshua through Canaan Land. This time there will be no covenants made and there will be none that escape to intermingle with those that survive.

Rev 14:14 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
Rev 14:15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
Rev 14:16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.

And when He arrives, He will first stand on the Mount of Olives, for He was not afraid to tell the enemy the exact spot He would return.

*****Zec 14:4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
Zec 14:5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.

Remember at this time the people of Israel and Jerusalem are in peril thinking it is finally over and the world has succeeded in destroying them forever, but this will never happen because Jehovah, the Lord, made a sure covenant with them.

They had to be broken and humbled until they finally called on the Lord with sincerity!

2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Remember in Chapter 12 the Lord had poured out the Holy Spirit upon Jerusalem and Judah.

What do we know? We know the Lord has already observed the happenings around Israel, because His eye is always upon His children!

The Lord always knows what we endure!

The Lord knows when we are in peril, but He may leave us in that peril long enough to learn whatever lesson we needed to learn!

The Lord will make a way for deliverance!

The Church has always known that the Lord will return to this place.

Act 1:7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Act 1:9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
Act 1:10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
Act 1:11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Some believe that there will be an earthquake on the Mount of Olives because the Muslim made a great cemetery in the pathway of the Lord and would not defile Himself walking on the dead.

Some believe the entire area will be broken up because of all the Saints that left in the Rapture.

What we know for sure is, that this sinful, bloody earth will melt before the feet of Jesus!

What we know for sure is, that the Lord will part this mountain just as He did the Red Sea in order for the children of Israel to escape!

Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
Rev 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Azal means they will escape to a place that is very near. A place of safety while the Lord deals with the enemy. This could be Edom.

It is a fact, earthquakes cause a panic and while those enemies of the Jews are confused, those true Israelites the Lord will save, will escape to safety!

In the days of Uzziah there was such an earthquake it was the cause of much panic!

Amo 1:1 The words of Amos, who was among the herdmen of Tekoa, which he saw concerning Israel in the days of Uzziah king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash king of Israel, two years before the earthquake.

We know that this is true because the words of each true prophet of the Lord spoke only the truth!

And we already know that the Lord will never leave us, so at the Rapture when all the Saints went to meet the Lord in the cloud, we then returned with Him.

*****Zec 14:6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
Zec 14:7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.

We live in a world where nature is thought of as something that just exist just as we do. Evolution teaches that we are a product of evolution over billions of years.

They first used millions of years, now billions of years, it’s just a matter of time before they use Trillions of years.

This theory is used about mankind and the animal world, but nothing is ever said about nature evolving!

Why? Because all this is nonsense and we have a Creator and our Creator holds the power of all His creation and the power over all of nature.

I do believe our nature was put in place to operate without much assistance, but all I know for sure is that the Lord can manipulate all of nature as His will sees fit.

On this day of earthquakes, probably volcanos and all the other such things of nature that we think are terrible, the Sun may be shining, but it cannot shine through, it will not be totally dark, but it will be dark enough to hinder sight.

After the daytime hours are passed and the evening comes it will be light.

How does the Lord explain this?

Isa 13:10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.
Isa 13:11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
Isa 13:12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.
Isa 13:13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, “and the earth shall remove out of her place”, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

I cannot imagine what will go on in this world when the orbit of the Earth has changed!

Already some earthquakes have caused the tilt of the earth to change. I suppose that this does not affect our climate because it is never mentioned as a reason.

The Lord says:

Joe 3:14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
Joe 3:15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.
Joe 3:16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; “and the heavens and the earth shall shake”: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

What did Jesus say about this day and Jesus was speaking to the Jews?

Luk 21:25 “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring”;

What are some of the results of the earth shaking?

Luk 21:26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
Luk 21:27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

How did John the Apostle write about this day, and remember the Church is already with the Lord?

Rev 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, “there was a great earthquake”; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
Rev 6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
Rev 6:14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

If the earth has moved out of its orbit, there will be so many things going on that we cannot imagine but the Lord will still be in control!

It will be this very day that life to this planet will be restored!

It may be that a nuclear holocaust has destroyed all that we know now.

Again the Lord Jesus has everything under control!

*****Zec 14:8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

The “River of Life” that we studied from our lesson in Ezekiel Chapter 47 and have mentioned it many times in other lessons.

So here it is again the “Living Waters”, the “River of Life”, will flow out of Jerusalem to heal our earth to as it was in the time of Adam.

We know that we will still have the seasons and summer will still be hot and winter will still be cold and hotter or colder depending upon your location on this remade earth.

Joe 3:18 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth of the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim.
Joe 3:19 Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
Joe 3:20 But Judah shall dwell for ever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.
Joe 3:21 For I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD dwelleth in Zion.

And the Lord Jesus Christ will be King of the entire earth!

Psa 22:27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
Psa 22:28 For the kingdom is the LORD’S: and he is the governor among the nations.
Psa 22:29 All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
Psa 22:30 A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
Psa 22:31 They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.

Gen 49:10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

Everything in this world will change when King Jesus sits on His throne in Jerusalem!

*****Zec 14:10 All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin’s gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king’s winepresses.
Zec 14:11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.

All the land of Judah, which will be a type the whole earth, shall be filled with the knowledge of God!

All high places, all uneven places, all rocky ground, and all barren grounds, will be level as a plain and changed into fruitful vineyards and all crops will be abundant.

One man wrote “it will all be as a valley of abnormal fertility”.

Only Jerusalem will be lifted up, while all the world around it will also be as a garden.

Psa 125:2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.

Jer 23:6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

The name Jerusalem means the city of peace and Jerusalem will finally become that City of Peace!

Jerusalem has always been a divided city, but it will now be unified because of the Lord!

Many other peoples have claimed Jerusalem, but it will now truly be the City of God!

To the Lord, Jerusalem is the Holy City!

Psa 135:21 Blessed be the LORD out of Zion, which dwelleth at Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.

Psa 46:4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
Psa 46:5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

God says, do you remember what I did to Egypt?

What does radiation do to those who are exposed to it?

*****Zec 14:12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

In Japan the first thing people noticed was an “intense ball of fire” according to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

The atomic blast in Hiroshima on August 6, 1945 killed 140,000 people; tens of thousands died instantly, while the rest succumbed to injuries or illness in the weeks, months and years afterwards.

The atomic bomb had a yield of 15 kilo tons, equal to 15,000 tons of TNT, yet was 3,300 times less powerful than the biggest hydrogen bomb tested by the Soviet Union in 1961.

Temperatures at the epicenter of the blast reached an estimated 7,000 degrees Celsius (12,600 Fahrenheit), which caused fatal burns within a radius of about three kilometers (five miles).

ICRC experts say there were cases of temporary or permanent blindness due to the intense flash of light, and subsequent related damage such as cataracts.

A whirlwind of heat generated by the explosion also ignited thousands of fires that burned several square kilometers (miles) of the largely wooden city. A firestorm that consumed all available oxygen caused more deaths by suffocation.

It has been estimated that burn-and fire-related casualties, accounted for more than half of the immediate deaths in Hiroshima.

Verse 12 describes what happened to 185,000 people instantly in Japan when one atomic bomb was used.

But there is more.

*****Zec 14:13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the LORD shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour.

These enemies will be struck with so much delusion and pain, and confusion, that they will not know who their enemy is, and who is their friend and they will destroy each other.

In these cases it says the Lord will cause these things, but in fact, He will not be the cause. The Lord always takes the blame, but these will be people destroying people. These armies will turn on each other!

Whether by accident or on purpose, some military commander will do the wrong thing and what follows will be mayhem.

All these things will be similar to the things that happened to Egypt and the things Jehovah did in the battles in the time of Joshua, and we could add the things that happened to the enemies of Israel in the war in 1948 and the war of 1967.

The world never learns from mistakes of those who came before them!

Remember the Lord has already poured out the Holy Spirit upon His people and here is an example from the Scriptures:

2Ch 20:21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever.
2Ch 20:22 And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.
2Ch 20:23 For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another.
2Ch 20:24 And when Judah came toward the watch tower in the wilderness, they looked unto the multitude, and, behold, they were dead bodies fallen to the earth, and none escaped.
2Ch 20:25 And when Jehoshaphat and his people came to take away the spoil of them, they found among them in abundance both riches with the dead bodies, and precious jewels, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry away: and they were three days in gathering of the spoil, it was so much.

*****Zec 14:14 And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the heathen round about shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance.

When you go against the Lord, it will cost more than you want to pay! Judah will rally to defend their capitol city Jerusalem.

Judah will gather all the spoil and return it to Jerusalem to offer it to King Jesus.

The military of Israel will go to battle this day and they will by the “Supernatural” things of the Lord, destroy their enemies.

All those nations who came against Israel and the Lord will give the wealth of those nations to Israel, just as they had given control of it to the Antichrist!

And the Lord is not done yet.

Not only are all the military men and women confused, their equipment will fail them when they try to use it on Israel!

*****Zec 14:15 And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague.

The same plague, probably radiation, will also make the equipment of all those militaries useless against Israel!

None of the equipment of the enemy used in warfare will operate on this day as they try to attack Jerusalem!

We must again remember the truth of God!

Rom 12:18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
Rom 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

We will never make peace with this sinful and evil world.

Evil and good cannot stand on the same ground.

Right and wrong cannot ever agree.

Immorality and Godly righteousness will never agree!

On this day it will be the vengeance of the Lord in full view!

*****Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Here we see the “Mercy” of the Lord, because there will be some that will be saved for whatever reason that we will not know until that day!

Everyone who survives this “Day of the Lord” will go yearly to worship King Jesus, who will sit upon His throne upon this world for 1000 years.

Everyone who is born into this world, since creation and even today, have it within them to seek out their Creator, but the lies of this world cause them confusion and delivers most of them to Hell.

In the days King Jesus sits upon His throne all those babies will grow up without the influence of Satan, and without those lies, because that old world will not exist anymore.

All the world will know Jesus as the Messiah who came to be King, and He will teach all that there is still a better place called the New Heaven and the New Jerusalem that will be in the future of all who will believe.

Faith will still be the key to everlasting life!

Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

But in the end, there will still be some who would rather stay on this world than go with the Lord to an even better place, the New Heaven and the New Jerusalem!
