PROPHECIES OF THE PAST

1Th 5:3  For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, [as travail upon a woman with child]; and they shall not escape.

God tells us the time of the tribulation period will come on us as a woman in travail.

In other words, the signs would increase in frequency and intensity as the time draws near for Jesus to return. There would be more earthquakes, and more intense ones. Wars would be more frequent and more horrible in their degree of devastation. And that, of course, is exactly what happened in the 20th Century. The signs began to increase exponentially in both frequency and intensity, and they continue to do so to this day.

Jesus Christ said this Himself while He was still on this Earth:

Mat 24:8  All these are the beginning of sorrows.

I believe Moses referred to this time many years ago while the children of Israel were still wandering in the wilderness:

Deu 28:59  Then the LORD will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.

Peter said the Church will see all the signs:

1Pe 4:17  For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

WE CAN NOW LOOK AT MANY PROPHECIES OF THE BIBLE FROM THE BACKSIDE.

Just as you drive down the major highways in our vehicles and see the mile markers pass by, we can see the mile markers of prophecy pass by one at a time and as the Bible says they are increasing in frequency as that woman that was so heavy with child.

1.) The world would come a pleasure mad society.

2Ti 3:4  Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

1Jn 2:16  For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

It is getting harder and harder to get people consistently into the house of God and into the work of God.

Rom 12:1  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is your reasonable service].

The book of Romans says we owe God our reasonable service.

Heb 10:25  Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

GOD SAYS WE NEED TO ASSEMBLE MORE OFTEN, NOT LESS AS WE SEE THE DAY APPROACHING.

*****IT IS EASY TO SEE THAT EVERYONE INCLUDING SOME IN THE CHURCH ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH THE PLEASURES OF THIS SINFUL WORLD RATHER THAN THE THINGS OF GOD!

2.) The rejection of God’s Word:

2Ti 3:5  [Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof]: from such turn away.

THE ONLY SIN THAT WAS NOT PAID FOR ON THE CROSS OF CALVARY WAS THE SIN OF UNBELIEF.

Joh 16:8  And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
Joh 16:9  Of sin, because they believe not on me;

1Pe 1:15  But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

EVEN IN THE CHURCH:

Tit 1:16  They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

3.) There is more education but less spirituality:

2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

FIFTY YEARS AGO MANY PEOPLE DID NOT EVEN FINISH HIGH SCHOOL, THEY HAD TO GO TO WORK TO HELP THEIR FAMILIES. THEN A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA WAS NECCESARY JUST TO GET A JOB. IN OUR TIME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST SOME COLLEGE OR TECH SCHOOL THEN THE BETTER JOBS WILL ELUDE YOU.

WE ARE BECOMING MORE EDUCATED IN THE WAYS OF THE WORLD BUT THE WAYS OF THE TRUTH OF GOD ARE BEING PUSHED ASIDE.

4.) Increasing lawlessness, no respect for law and order:

2Ti 3:13  But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

ALL YOU NEED TO SEE IS THE NEWS OF THE DAY AND YOU WILL NOT EVER SEE ANYTHING GOOD. NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE, MURDER AND MAYHEM ARE IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

5.) The world of extreme materialism:

Rev 3:14  And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
Rev 3:15  I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
Rev 3:16  So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Rev 3:17  Because thou sayest, [I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked]:

Most every Bible scholar puts the Church in this age. All we need do is open our eyes and see the covetness in our world. If you see it you want it. Commercial television now leaves very little room for programming but increasing time advertising because they know what people see they want.

6.) Wars and Rumors of Wars:

Mat 24:6  And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Mat 24:7  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

Joe 3:9  Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up:
Joe 3:10  Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.
Joe 3:11  Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O LORD.
Joe 3:12  Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.
Joe 3:13  Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.
Joe 3:14  Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
Joe 3:15  The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.
Joe 3:16  The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

The World at war. At one time they were called World Wars. Now they call it War on Terrorism. IT IS STILL WORLD WIDE AND GETTING NASTIER.

Zec 12:2  Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.

ALL WE NEED DO IS LOOK AT THE MIDDLE EAST AND SEE THAT SINCE 1948 AND 1967 THAT EVERY NATION IN THAT AREA WANTS TO PUSH ISRAEL OUT INTO THE OCEAN.

THE WARS AND RUMORS CONTINUE AND THEY INCREASE IN FEROCITY!

7.) Explosion of knowledge:

Dan 12:4  But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and [knowledge shall be increased].

IF YOU MEASURED KNOWLEDGE BY THE INVENTIONS OF SMART MEN. YOU WOULD SEE THE KNOWLEDGE UP UNTIL 1900 WOULD MEASURE ABOUT AN INCH.

*****BUT IF YOU LOOK AT WHAT HAS HAPPENED SINCE 1900 THROUGH 2010 THAT MEASUREMENT WOULD BE LIKE THE WASHINGTON MONUMENT COMPARED TO THAT ONE INCH BEFORE.

8.) High speed travel:

Dan 12:4  But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: [many shall run to and fro], and knowledge shall be increased.

NO ONE CAN DENY THE DIFFERENCE IN TRAVEL FROM THE HORSE AND BUGGY TO MODERN AIR LINERS.

9.) One World Government; One World Economics.

The Book of Revelation:

Rev 14:8  And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon [is fallen], [is fallen], that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

Rev 17:5  And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Rev 18:2  And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great [is fallen], [is fallen], and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

Both will fail and fall during the tribulation period.

10.) DRUG USAGE:

Rev 18:23  And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; [for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived].

ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS READ THIS MEANING OF THE GREEK WORD AND WE CAN SEE OUR ENGLISH WORD PHARMACY.

No one doubts that illegal drugs are on rampage throughout America and throughout the world. The finances of this illegal trade sponsor most of the evil and wars going on in this world.

BUT

TACK ON THE REAL LEGAL PHARMACY AND SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. NO ONE CAN GUESS WHERE THIS MONEY IS USED BUT THE ECONOMIC WORLD WILL SURELY KEEP THOSE DRUGS COMING.

Job 2:4  And Satan answered the LORD, and said, [Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life].

SATAN KNOWS THAT PEOPLE WILL GIVE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE TO TRY TO PROLONG THEIR LIFE ON THIS EARTH.

11.) Abnormal Sexual Behavior:

Rom 1:27  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

WE KNOW THAT THESE THINGS HAVE BEEN AROUND SINCE THE TIME OF GENESIS IN THE BIBLE. WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN AMERICA AND IN MOST EVERY OTHER NATION IS THAT IT IS NO LONGER BEHIND CLOSE DOORS BUT THE ACCEPTANCE OF IT IS BEING FORCED UPON EVERY ONE ELSE IN THE WORLD. WHEN A LIFE STYLE CAN BE TREATED AS A RACE OR A RELIGION YOU KNOW THE WORLD IS GOING AS PROPHESIED. WHERE DOES IT ALL END?

12.) A Society without love:

Rom 1:29  Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Rom 1:30  Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Rom 1:31  Without understanding, covenantbreakers, [without natural affection], implacable, unmerciful:

There is no natural affection seen in the world. Even families are murdering and killing each other beyond our wildest imaginations. Where did love go?

1Jn 4:8  He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

The Bible says God is love. Maybe the world has just pushed God so far out of the lives of humans that there is just not much love anymore. The signs seem to agree.

13.) People without  conscience:

1Ti 4:2  Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

IF YOUR CONSCIENCE IS SEARED WITH A HOT IRON YOU WILL NOT HAVE ONE.

What is conscience?

Internal or self-knowledge, or judgment of right and wrong; or the faculty, power or principle within us, which decides on the lawfulness or unlawfulness of our own actions and affections, and instantly approves or condemns them. Conscience is called by some writers the moral sense, and considered as an original faculty of our nature. Others question the propriety of considering conscience as a distinct faculty or principle. The consider it rather as the general principle of moral approbation or disapprobation, applied to ones own conduct and affections; alleging that our notions of right and wrong are not to be deduced from a single principle or faculty, but from various powers of the understanding and will.

METAL DETECTORS ARE ALMOST IN EVERY BUILDING, IF PEOPLE HAD A CONSCIENCE THEY WOULD NOT BE READY TO KILL, MAME AND MURDER.

14.) OUTRIGHT SATAN WORSHIP:

Rev 9:20  And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, [that they should not worship devils], and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

EVEN HERE WE SEE THAT SOME WILL NEVER STOP WORSHIPPING THE DEVIL.

In the 1950s Anton LaVey formed a group called the Order of the Trapezoid, which later became the governing body of the Church of Satan. The group included: “The Baroness” Carin de Plessen, Dr. Cecil Nixon, Kenneth Anger, City Assessor Russell Wolden, Donald Werby, Michael Harner, and Shana Alexander. Other LaVey associates from this time period include noted Science Fiction and Horror writers Anthony Boucher, August Derleth, Robert Barbour Johnson, Reginald Bretnor, Emil Petaja, Stuart Palmer, Clark Ashton Smith, Forrest J. Ackerman, and Fritz Leiber Jr. The Church of Satan was established in San Francisco, California, on Walpurgisnacht, April 30, 1966, by Anton Szandor LaVey, who was the Church’s High Priest until his death in 1997.[1]

In the first year of its foundation, Anton LaVey and the Church of Satan publicly performed a Satanic marriage of Judith Case and journalist John Raymond. The ceremony was attended by Joe Rosenthal. The church also performed a public funeral for Church of Satan member Edward Olson, at the request of his wife.

The Church of Satan has been the subject of books, magazine and newspaper articles during the 1960s and 1970s. It is also the subject of a documentary, Satanis (1970). LaVey appeared in Kenneth Anger’s film Invocation of my Demon Brother, acted as technical adviser on The Devil’s Rain, which starred Ernest Borgnine, William Shatner, and introduced John Travolta. The Church of Satan was also featured in a segment of Luigi Scattini’s film Angeli Bianchi, Angeli Neri, released in the United States as “Witchcraft ’70”. According to Peter H. Gilmore, “Satanism begins with atheism. We begin with the universe and say, ‘It’s indifferent. There’s no God, there’s no Devil. No one cares![2]

In 1975 LaVey phased out the Church’s “Grotto” system and eliminated people he thought were using the Church as a substitute for accomplishment in the outside world. Thereafter, conventional achievement in society would be the criterion for advancement within the Church of Satan. At the same time, LaVey became more selective in granting interviews. This shift to “closed door” activities resulted in some rumors of the Church’s demise, and even rumors of LaVey’s death.

In the 1980s the media reported concerns of criminal conspiracies within the Church of Satan. Members of the Church of Satan, such as Peter H. Gilmore, Peggy Nadramia, Boyd Rice, Adam Parfrey, Diabolos Rex, and musician King Diamond, were active in media appearances to refute allegations of criminal activity. The FBI would later issue an official report refuting the criminal conspiracy theories of this time. This phenomenon became known as “The Satanic Panic”.

In the 1980s and 1990s the Church of Satan and its members were very active in producing movies, music, films, and magazines devoted to Satanism. Most notably Adam Parfrey’s Feral House publishing, the music of Boyd Rice, and the films of Nick Bougas, including his documentary Speak of the Devil: The Canon of Anton LaVey. The Church of Satan and Anton LaVey were also the subject of numerous magazine and news articles during this time.

High Priest Peter H. Gilmore.After Anton Szandor LaVey’s death, his position as head of the Church of Satan passed on to Blanche Barton. Barton remains involved in the Church; however, in 2001 she ceded her position to long-time members Peter H. Gilmore and Peggy Nadramia, the current High Priest and High Priestess and publishers of The Black Flame, the official magazine of The Church of Satan. The Central Office of the Church of Satan has also moved from San Francisco to New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, where the couple resides. The Church of Satan does not recognize any other organizations as holding legitimate claim to Satanism and its practice, though it does recognize that one need not be a member of the Church of Satan to be a Satanist.

As the Church of Satan does not publicly release membership information, it is not known how many members belong to the Church.

In October 2004 the Royal Navy officially recognised its first registered Satanist, twenty-four year old Chris Cranmer, as a technician on the HMS Cumberland.[3]

On June 6, 2006 The Church of Satan held the first public ritual Satanic Mass in 40 years at the Steve Allen Theater in the Center for Inquiry in Los Angeles. The ritual, based on the rites outlined in The Satanic Bible and The Satanic Rituals, was conducted by Reverend Bryan Moore and Priestess Heather Saenz.[4]

In December 2007 the Associated Press reported on a story concerning the Church of Satan, in which a teenager had sent an e-mail to High Priest Gilmore stating he wanted to “kill in the name of our unholy lord Satan”. Gilmore then reported the message to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who informed local police who arrested the teenager.[5]

Luciferianism is a belief system that venerates the essential characteristics that are affixed to Lucifer.

Luciferianism is identified by some people as an auxiliary of Satanism, due to the popular identification of Lucifer with Satan. Some Luciferians accept this identification or consider Lucifer as the light bearer aspect of Satan, and thus could properly be called Satanists. Others reject it, arguing that Lucifer is a more positive ideal than Satan. They are inspired by the ancient myths of Egypt, Rome and Greece, Gnosticism and traditional Western occultism.

How can we deny this mile marker?

15.) Religious Hucksters:

2Pe 2:2  And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
2Pe 2:3  [And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you]: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Go ahead and buy that prayer handkerchief, that bottle of water from the River Jordan or fall into that trap of you send me a 1000 and God will bless you hundred fold. Or buy that 100 dollar Bible that actually cost 6 dollars.

Go ahead and let that so called Pastor set his own price or pay him to preach what you want to hear.

THEY ARE ALL THE SAME THING “FALSE PROPHETS”.

JUST LISTEN TO ALL THOSE THAT SAY SEND ME MONEY AND YOU KNOW ANOTHER MILE MARKER JUST PASSED ON BY.

16.) False Claims of peace:

1Th 5:1  But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
1Th 5:2  For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
1Th 5:3  For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

EVERY NATION IN THE WORLD HAVE SOMEONE THEY ARE WILLING TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY JUST TO GO AROUND THE WORLD AND NEGOTIATE PEACE. THESE SAME NATIONS TURN RIGHT AROUND AND SELL TO THOSE NATIONS WEAPONS OF WAR.

PEACE WILL COME WHEN EVERY NATION KNOWS THAT THEIR NEIGHBORS ARE NOT BUILDING WEAPONS TO DESTROY THEM.

THAT WILL NOT TAKE PLACE UNTIL THE PRINCE OF PEACE SHOWS UP ON THE SCENE.

Isa 9:6  For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, [The Prince of Peace].

17.) BUZZARDS:

Rev 19:17  And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
Rev 19:18  That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

The Jews of Israel are suddenly showing great concern and affection for vultures, to the point where the population is increasing dramatically! Is Revelation prophecy about to be fulfilled? While some might consider this possibility to be an unwarranted leap of speculation, you must admit that Israel today is moving inexorably toward the final fulfillment of numerous End of the Age prophecies.

Israel was reborn as nation on May 14, 1948, despite the overwhelming opposition of Arabs and Europeans alike. She has fought five major wars since then, most of them against considerable odds. Israel today numbers 6.6 million citizens living amidst 300+ million Arabs who universally want to kill her once and for all and throw her out of the Middle East. The very fact that tiny Israel can withstand this kind of opposition is proof positive of the Omnipotent power of Almighty God. God gets the glory when He defends tiny Israel against overwhelming foes.

God is miraculously rebuilding the flocks of birds of prey who feast primarily on carrion, the vulture being most common. Note also there are more Ravens in Israel than in any other nation.

THERE ARE OTHER MILE MARKERS THAT ARE PASSED. HOW CLOSE ARE WE TO THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH.

Jesus Christ asked this simple question one day of the Jews of Israel:

Mat 16:1  The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
Mat 16:2  He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.
Mat 16:3  And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. [O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?]

Are we looking for the signs of the times or are we just looking.

Jesus also said these words:

Luk 17:26  And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
Luk 17:27  They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
Luk 17:28  Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; [they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded];
Luk 17:29  But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
Luk 17:30  Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

ARE WE JUST ALLOWING EVERYDAY LIFE TO CLOUD OUR KNOWLEDGE OF THE BIBLE.

THE MILE MARKERS JUST KEEP PASSING BY IN OUR WALK ON THIS EARTH AND IN THIS FLESH.

Exo 34:10  And he said, [Behold], I make a covenant: before all thy people I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou art shall see the work of the LORD: for it is a terrible thing that I will do with thee.
Exo 34:11  [Observe] thou that which I command thee this day: behold, I drive out before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite.
Exo 34:12  [Take heed] to thyself, lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land whither thou goest, lest it be for a snare in the midst of thee:

GOD SAYS TO:

A.) BEHOLD
B.) OBSERVE
C.) TAKE HEED

OR THESE SNARES OF SATAN WILL OVERCOME US OR HINDER OUR JUDGEMENT.
